We had a lovely stay here and would come again.
Pros:

Very clean, great breakfast, had gluten free options and enough for vegan options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool facilities which was needed to keep cool for the end of August weather.

Cons:

We stayed in a room beside reception on the ground floor and there could be a lot of noise making it into the room from people at reception at busy times, early morning and late evening. Mainly voices and talking. Doors seemed to let a lot of that noise into the room. But not enough to really complain about.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Appartment. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Zentrum und See gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unterkunft ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Great stay other than the hot water issue.
Pros:

Great location, an easy walk to and from town, and very friendly staff. The hotel was modern and clean, and we would certainly stay again.

Cons:

One evening we got back from being out all day to no hot water. Something had broken, and the whole hotel had no hot water. It had been a very hot day, and we just wanted a shower and bed. These things happen, but then we were told it wouldn’t be fixed until at least 9am the next day, meaning no hot shower before we had to leave the following day. I was surprised there isn’t a plumber who works 24 hours on weekdays.

Pros:

Tökéletes szállás, nem is értem hogy hogy csak 3 csillagos. Kifogástalan tisztaság, felszereltség, a reggeli pazar, minden igényt kielégítő. Fedett parkoló.
Bár a medencét nem tudtuk használni, mert sokat kirándultunk, de gyönyörű.
A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon ideális. Közel az óváros, a Monte Baldo felvonó.
A személyzet barátságos, figyelmes, kedves.

Cons:

De locatie van kamer 3 in het hotel ligt aan de lobby / ontvangst. Daardoor redelijk veel geluidsoverlast.

Excellent experience, would love to return
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful. We received a wonderful greeting and were shown around by a very friendly member of staff, our room was perfect for a family of 4 and had a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast each day was brilliant and parking was always available.

Cons:

No complaints, although if you find walking in any way difficult then this might be a little far from town in the heat of summer, despite being relatively flat it was quite tiring. Not a problem but something to consider.

Das Hotel und die ganze Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhig gelegenes Hotel, zur Altstadt gemütliche 5-10 Minuten Fußweg! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig!
