Amazing views, direct lake access, fine dining!
Pros:

Lovely property with direct access to the lake. The pools and outdoor lounge area was beatifuly maintained and clean. We opted to have dinner at the hotel resturaunt whuch was fantastic.

Cons:

The decor was a bit outdated in our rooms but it was very spacious

Beautiful setting let down by inconsistent food quality and disorganised service.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, and the hotel grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The pool area was a relaxing spot to unwind, and food and drink prices around the hotel were very reasonable.

Cons:

Food quality and service were inconsistent. We were served dirty, unwashed lettuce twice, once at a poolside salad and again at dinner, and food service at the pool, breakfast and dinner felt chaotic and poorly managed. The room decor was also quite dated.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location - right on the lake. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and even beach towels are available. Good food, clean rooms, and very friendly and helpful staff. I am very grateful for their help with my injury. Thank you.

Cons:

Staff isn’t the most friendly. Booked a room with sea view but was given a room with garden / shrubs view. When asked to switch, the gentleman at the lobby said that garden is part of nature too.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à quelques kilomètres de centre de Malcesine, petite bourgade charmante du Lac de Garde. Il dispose de deux piscines, intérieure9 et extérieure avec débordement. Vue magnique de notre chambre par ailleurs très spacieuse. Restauranr de qualité sur place dont le menu chang tous les jours. Produits locaux à l'honneur. Possibilité de recharger son véhicule électrique.

Cons:

Un seul masseur ou masseuse. Du coup à quatre on a laissé tomber pour ne pas se bloquer une demi-journée. Mais c'est un tout petit problème.
