It didn't seem like it would be safe to walk alone after dark. The hotel is in a very nice area but it gets a little sketchy just a few streets over.

La posizione. Zona residenziale, ma non lontana dal centro e ricca di ristoranti e servizi di vario genere.

Ho prenotato mesi prima due camere: una doppia ed una doppia ad uso singolo. Mi è stata sempre confermata la prenotazione per le due camere, ho fatto il check-in online per entrambe, ma al nostro arrivo dopo 12h di volo ed una stanchezza mortale, per un supposto “errore di sistema”, vi era un’unica camera registrata a nostro nome, piccolissima, con un letto da 140cm. Incapaci di trovare un’alternativa a quell’ora, mio marito ha dormito sul pavimento con dei cuscini ed una coperta.
Struttura non pulita nelle varie zone (reception, sala per colazione, piscina…). Nella seconda camera assegnataci il secondo giorno, oltre all’assenza di finestre (la prenotazione era in teoria per 2 camere deluxe), abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio. Morto, ma comunque sia…
Oltretutto, il pagamento previsto per le due stanze era di 138 euro. Ci han detto che naturalmente ci avrebbero levato dal totale il costo della seconda camera per la prima notte. Risultato? 134 euro, al posto di 138…
Per non rischiare di perdere il volo con discussioni inutili, visti i tempi di attesa al nostro arrivo e nonostante il check-in online, abbiamo pagato e ce ne siamo andati, ma sicuramente questo hotel non merita il punteggio che gli viene conferito.
Colazione poverissima. Per chi viene dall’estero si potrebbe pensare ad un’alternativa…
Devo tuttavia dire che il personale della struttura si è dimostrato molto gentile e anche disposciuto per l’inconveniente.

Pros:

La comodidad de la habitación con aire acondicionado, balcón y un frigobar con alimentos y bebidas hicieron nuestra estancia más placentera. El personal fue muy atento desde el primer día, los chicos de recepción son muy amables y dispuestos.
