One of best hotels we have ever stayed in. Medellin was glorious
Pros:

Pros:

Theres so mych I loved about this hotel!
1. The hotel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but yet close to restaurants. 2. The check-in was quick and seamless.
3. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view which is an additional plus. 4. The staff is attentive and always at their disposal.
5. The price is reasonable

Cons:

I would have given this hotel a 10 but the size of the room was too small. I would have liked a bigger room, i felt we were too tight in the space we had. If space is not a big factor to you then this is definitely a good place to stay.

5-star hotel all the way!
Pros:

What to find! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The front staff with Freddie, Edwin, and the ladies was friendly, kind, and helpful at all times. The location could not be better, two restaurants on site, two bathrooms in our family suite, rooftop with pool and incredible views. This place is exceptional.

Outstanding hotel with great facilities and staff
Pros:

Excellent stay Landmark. The location is fantastic and made it easy to get around the city. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. Lovely pool with views and we also used the gym and free laundry facilities in site. The staff were outstanding—extremely responsive and attentive, and they seem to have thought of every detail. They even kindly lent us a metro recharge card, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Inolvidable, amigable y hermoso!
Pros:

El hotel es hermoso! La mezcla de la arquitectura del hotel con la naturaleza es notable, tiene un "felling ecológico". La velocidad de respuesta del staff es realmente impresionante. Edwin fue sumamente atento y servicial. Nos permitieron hacer check‑in temprano y, además, atendieron de inmediato nuestras solicitudes: una habitación más alejada del pasillo y silenciosa, así como dos almohadas adicionales debido a nuestros problemas de espalda. La rapidez con la que respondieron fue INMEDIATA, algo que nos sorprendió gratamente.
En general, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel cuando regrese a Medellín.

Cons:

Puntos a mejorar: El clóset y el espacio destinado al refrigerador resultan un poco pequeños para una estadía cómoda. Además, la puerta de vidrio del baño no cerraba correctamente, lo que provocaba que el agua de la ducha se filtrara hacia el resto del baño.

Geweldig hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien
Pros:

De beste matras die we in Colombia hebben gevonden. Fijn dat er een gym is, gratis water en koffie, vriendelijk personeel en alles netjes voor elkaar. Je kan zelfs gratis zelf kleren wassen en drogen in de kelder.

Cons:

Nog fijner als de gym iets groter zou zijn en ook met krachttraining apparaten voor de benen.

A very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Interesting property with good facilities in the very nice, safe, and relatively quiet Manila area of El Poblado, but still offering quite a lot of good restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Excellent breakfast place on first floor. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The Queen Suite, while an interesting 2 level 2 bathroom space, still felt a bit small.
