Outstanding service
Pros:

Excellent stay in Medellín! I stayed for 4 nights and the service was outstanding from the moment I booked. The team contacted me before arrival, check-in was smooth, and everyone was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The room was spotless, cleaned daily, and any request was handled immediately. The hotel is quiet, safe, and located in a great area of Poblado. I also loved the breakfast options in the lobby, especially Smash—the staff there were fantastic and it was a great place to work.

Special thanks to Andy, Fredy, Edwin, and Julian for making my stay so enjoyable. I stay in hotels often, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I'll definitely be back!

Pros:

Alles war prima. Besonders begeistert hat uns das schöne Zimmer mit zwei Bädern und einem unglaublichen Ausblick über die Stadt, Trinkwasserhahn im Zimmer (!), Steamer auf dem Zimmer, kostenlose Waschmöglichkeit im Keller des Hotels und das überaus freundliche Personal! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Au dernier étage, l isolation est mauvaise et on peut être réveillé en pleine nuit par la musique du rooftop et par les bruits du couloir !!

Un hôtel bien situé avec une belle vue et un bon niveau de service pour le prix du séjour.
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation de l’hôtel, très pratique pour découvrir Medellín.
Le petit déjeuner proposait un choix un peu limité, mais les produits étaient de qualité.
Le personnel du lobby ainsi que celui du rooftop étaient particulièrement gentils et agréables.
La vue depuis l’hôtel est très belle et la chambre était bien équipée.
La douche était excellente et la salle de sport, même si elle pourrait être un peu plus équipée, restait agréable et fonctionnelle.

Cons:

La literie nous a semblé un peu petite.
La configuration en duplex n’apporte pas énormément de valeur ajoutée, le coin salon étant finalement peu utile.
La chambre montrait également quelques signes d’usure par endroits (peinture et petites finitions).

A very good stay. We have tried many hotels in Medellin. This one is pretty solid.
Pros:

The room had sufficient space. Balcony and mini fridge were pluses. Good AC. Good location. Friendly staff. Free laundry (with all supplies). Much appreciated! A bar and two restaurants, plus public space for hanging out.

Cons:

The corridors upstairs are a bit dark and ugly. The room showed some wear (bathroom water damage). Usually front desk can speak English. Other staff, maybe not. But that is typical in Colombia.
