Superb location. Fantastic onsite restaurants. Amazing rooftop pool with incredible views of Medellin, complimented by a rooftop bar. If you have the chance to stay in the King Deluxe Suites - DO IT! You won't regret it.

Both treadmills were broken during our stay but otherwise was fantastic!
Nice hotel however the rooms are pretty small. Not enough space to open a suitcase without putting it on the bed.
Overall. Excellent from top to bottom. From the security guy who ran out to our uber with an umbrella when it was raining, to the excellent housekeeping staff, to the friendly front desk, everyone made us feel welcome. They also serve free coffee and flavored water in the lobby and there’s a free washer/dryer in the basement!
It wasn’t a major concern, but the walls seemed thin- we could hear our neighbors conversations, and people in the hallways.

The Landmark is, in many ways, a very good hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the location is excellent, and there are useful facilities such as guest laundry. The staff members I dealt with, particularly Edwin and Freddy, were outstanding. Both spoke excellent English, were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
Unfortunately, I am leaving a one-star review because of a serious issue with transparency and management.
The hotel operates a restrictive guest policy which was not made clear at the time of booking through Booking.com. There was no prominent warning during the booking process, nor was the policy brought to my attention when I checked in. Had it been clearly disclosed, I could have made an informed decision before choosing the hotel.
When I later raised the issue with management, I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions. The manager then produced a lengthy document and suggested the information was contained there. I found this response dismissive, sarcastic, and entirely unhelpful. Important restrictions that materially affect a guest’s stay should be clearly communicated, not hidden in pages of legal terms.
What concerned me even more was being told that Booking.com does not allow them to display additional information prominently. This suggests the hotel is fully aware that many guests will not see these restrictions before booking, yet continues to rely on internal rules that are only revealed later.
The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the attitude of the manager. Hospitality is ultimately about solving problems and exercising sensible judgment. Instead of listening to the facts or attempting to find a practical solution, the response was simply to point me towards lengthy terms and conditions and suggest that the issue was entirely my responsibility.
