Cozy and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff at the front desk was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room itself was small but cozy enough.

Cons:

The second day when they cleaned the bathroom, they took the four towels and only replaced with three although there were four of us. The face towels were also gone. Attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was a bit lacking.

Tiene una terraza bonita
Las habitaciones son muy bonitas

Su ubicación
Si bien el poblado es el sitio donde hay que ir si vas con mentalidad de turista, en este caso está en una zona de marcha
Mucho ruido hasta las 4 de la mañana
Mucho ruido significa que aún si te dan habitación en los pisos de arriba , el ruido y la música te despierta
Cuando hice la reserva me llamó la atención que cobrasen más por pisos altos
Ahora lo entiendo
El segundo punto es que está en el parque Llera, zona donde la prostitucion está tolerada. Es muy descarado
No me va ese ambiente

Beautiful aesthetic great location.
Pros:

It looked exactly as photographed! The aesthetic was beautiful and it was in a perfect central location . I loved my corner suite on a high floor my views were amazing from my room and i loved the projector screen tv!

Cons:

Nothing other than because it’s in a central location you may hear some noise but it wasn’t bad and i slept like a baby in the comfortable bed .

Hermoso hotel
Pros:

Este hotel realmente me encantó, el personal es muy amable, la habitación súper linda y cómoda. Un plus es que tienen un mini bar dentro de la habitación con algunas bebidas de cortesía. El rooftop es increíble y la ubicación es perfecta. Sin duda alguna que cuando vuelva a Medellín me volveré a hospedar ahí. Todo 10/10.
