This hotel is in a great, central location. Rooftop bar is nice with small pool and hot tub (though did not use as weather wasn’t great). Breakfast is superb and staff super friendly and helpful
Other reviews mention the noise and this is a real issue - it’s not just a bit of outside noise, there are bars and clubs pumping music until 3am so unless you’re a heavy sleeper you cannot sleep without ear plugs. That said, the hotel provides a ‘sleep well kit’ with white noise machine and ear plugs and with that from the second night we were fine. They could perhaps make it more obvious by leaving out on the bed. It’s in a lively part of town so everywhere would be somewhat noisy around there.
Also minus point was gym not on site and you have to pay COP 50,000 to use each time

El desayuno deja mucho que desear, al igual que el trato de algunos empleados del sitio. Lo único rescatable fue la ubicación y la terraza pero esta última era similar a otras opciones más económicas.
El desayuno muy escuálido para lo que paga uno en relación precio calidad. Esperaría que ofrecieran bufette y que los meseros atendieran bastante mejor. El wifi pauperrimo, las mucamas no rellenan el gel de ducha, hay que decirle explícitamente que lo cambien.

The noise and music in the streets till 4 am.
The location was great! Beautiful views from the rooftop pool, extremely friendly service and overall an amazing experience. Would most definitely stay here again!
Only thing I didn’t like was the noise outside but it really wasn’t bad at all. They provide you with a sound machine so it didn’t bother me.

Me encantó mi estadía. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones estaban impecables. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de todo el personal del hotel, quienes fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales en todo momento.
Me voy muy contenta y profundamente agradecida por la excelente atención y por haber hecho de mi estancia una experiencia tan agradable. ¡Sin duda volvería!

Beautiful hotel in an interesting but good location...had no idea that it was an area for sex tourism but the hotel has a clear policy, lots of police around, so.felt very safe. Staff were incredible and very accommodating, especially Sara at reception. Easy communication via Whatsapp when we needed breakfast before our flight. We were able to order the day before and it was ready when we sat down. Rooms lovely, they have thought of everything include a make-up face washer and in room water tap! Would 100% stay here again!
