Overall pleasant and would stay again
Pros:

The location was the key for the stay, as this was not my first stay I noticed things are showing their age. But overall still pleasant. Did notice more outside noise, but you are staying next too the airport.

Staff are a credit to your business
Pros:

Location and the room to have peace and quiet to get some critical work done.

Cons:

I wasn't a fan of the custom service. Especially at the Airo restaurant. Food was delicious, but I found the customer service to be lacking.

Perfect accomodation for an early flight.

Runway views! Location is perfect and a short walk into the terminal.

Expensive. You are paying for the location and convenience being so close to the airport.

If it wasn't for the unfortunate delay with in room service it would have been amazing.

Cons:

I ordered dinner at 5pm. Was told there would be 40 minute wait which was fine however did not arrive for nearly 70 mins. I understand problems could occur but perhaps a phone call to let me know delay would be longer than expected. Glad I did not have young children with me
