Surprisingly good room, otherwise basic
Pros:

Good location, clean and recently renovated room.

Cons:

Everything about the breakfast cried ”cheap”. Some hygiene issues. It was difficult to operate the covers over the foodstuffs so the food was vulnerable to flies etc. The coffee machine stated “cleaning needed “. Only one person working, mainly out of sight.

Nice little hotel
Pros:

Nicely presented hotel in a great location, friendly staff with a very quick check-in and parking at the back. The room had a modern TV and ensuite with a shower. The windows were nice being able to swing them open in the hot weather so the temperature was great even on the top floor.

Cons:

Intermittent water wasn't great after a day of hiking, I couldn't shower til the morning, the bed frame also needed some repairs.

Pros:

Das Badezimmer war sauber, da gibt es keinen Grund zur Reklamation. Aber es war einfach sehr klein.

Cons:

Es gibt sehr vieles, das besser hätte sein können. Beispielsweise gab es einen Ventilator statt einer Klimaanlage, es war sehr schwierig, schlafen zu können. Oder das Personal, das nicht einmal "guten Morgen" sagen konnte (falls sie der deutschen Sprache überhaupt mächtig waren). Das zeigt sich auch daran, dass man ein Hotel auf einem Buchungsportal Hote (ohne L) nennt statt Hotel. Am Schlüsselbund hing der Name "Hotel Weisses Kreuz", obwohl dieses gar nicht so heisst (wahrscheinlich ging das "Weisse Kreuz" in konkurs und wurde von Laien aufgekauft, die das schnelle Geld rochen.

Cons:

Nous avons découvert que la télévision d'une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune information ne nous a été communiquée lorsque nous avons pris possession des clefs. Je me suis rendu à la réception et la personne présente n'a même pas daigné venir à ma rencontre, elle a fait passer le message par son fils et aucune solution ne nous a été proposé!

Pros:

Le personnel qui nous a changé de chambre à notre demande. Sympathique et très simple. Le parking gratuit (très rare en Suisse).

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner un peu succinct. En même temps cet hôtel est un très bon compromis en terme de qualité et de prix.

Cons:

Frühstück war das allerletzte!
Um 07.15 Uhr war der Käse fertig und es gab keinen Nachschub. Also wenn man bis 10.00 Uhr Frühstück anbietet, sollte der Nachschub organisiert sein. Die Dame vom Dienst war völlig überfordert mit dem Auffüllen des Buffets.
