The property was not accommodating in terms of cancellation and charged. There was a personal exigency and they were just bothered about charging the money. Will never stay here again
The room was spacious, the check-in process was easy, and the Wi-Fi was good.”
“The quality of service was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly ask for simple requests like water bottles, ice cubes, and Coca-Cola multiple times. I asked for Coca-Cola at least 10 times, and when it finally arrived, it was at room temperature instead of cold. Room dining was not answering calls, so I had to keep calling reception for everything. I also ordered chilli chicken, which took nearly an hour to be delivered.
The room was not cleaned properly. I could clearly see finger marks, the floor was not vacuumed properly, and there was hair in the bathroom. It looked like the room had been closed for a long time and was given to me without proper inspection. An unhygienic bathroom and such poor housekeeping standards are completely unacceptable.
The service coordination was chaotic. For nearly two hours no one came with the requested water and Coca-Cola, and then suddenly multiple staff members started arriving one after another. In the end, I received three ice buckets, 10 water bottles, and six Coca-Colas. I had to repeatedly get up and open the door, and around seven different staff members came to the room. Overall, it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience

Breakfast spread was nice but the dinning wasnt comfortable enough .
One of the rudest hotel staff I have ever come across in any so called 5 star property. In fact, I wouldn't even consider this a true 5 star hotel. I have never seen bouncers standing in a hotel lobby behaving like local goons and treating guests with such disrespect and arrogance.
It was extremely uncomfortable especially for famalies, and people planning to stay here with family should genuinly be aware of the kind of behaviour they may face from lobby security goons.
What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of professionalism from the hotel senior managment. I complained about the incident and later recieved a call from the managment team. I clearly explained everything that had happened , but after that , nobody even bothered to call back or apologise. That speaks volumes about how little they care about guest experience and accountablity.
This is exactly what seperates brands like Hyatt from many other hotel chains - professionalism, courtesy, and respect for guests. Sadly , this hotel had none of it. I will never stay here again .
