The location was perfect, the interior was beautiful and gave a premium feel. The front desk staff were so smiley and friendly. The products in the room were great and I'd stay here upon my next trip to Copenhagen!
Nothing. Honestly I wish I could have stayed a little longer at the hotel, it was a great place to start and end my day.

Its near yhe train station and like us a lot if travellers leave at all hours for flights etc. Some were very noisy. Im always respectful.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel bar was also pleasant, and Alex, the bar manager, was especially helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fine, although fairly average.
The first night there was a lot of noise from the restaurants and bars behind the hotel, and I could not sleep until around 2 a.m. Reception gave me earplugs the following day, which helped.
On our final morning there was no hot water in my room, although my travel companions on the fourth floor had hot water. The bathroom also looked poorly maintained, with dark and worn sealant around the floor and walls, as shown in the photos.
The hotel promotes its environmental profile heavily, but to me it felt more like marketing than something reflected in the overall experience. Considering the room standard and the issues we experienced, I also found the hotel overpriced.
