I had visited this hotel and first of all the room that was provided to us was on the top floor where ac wasn't working and when we asked them to change the room they started clarifying that this isn't available or rooms are all packed, when we fought with them saying we won't pay you a single penny after that they said that one room is gonna be vacant soon, but the condition of the room was as similar to the previous one
