At the time of Check-In I was 1hr.15min early, so I asked for early check-in, but I was told my booked room is still occupied they can upgrade my room @900/- extra per day & give that room right now. They showed me the upgraded room (it's the same room I booked as shown in the photos) so I understood they were scamming me. I told them NO & said will wait for 1 hrs in the lobby. On hearing this, they gave me the same room with early check-in as complimentary upgrade on condition that I give them 5* rating. It's very unprofessional of them.
