Στην ρεσεψιον ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και μας έλυσαν άμεσα κάποιο πρόβλημα που είχαμε. Μας προσέφεραν κάθε βοήθεια.

Cons:

Κατ αρχάς δεν απέχει 1 λεπτο από connaugh place. Αυτός ήταν ο λόγος που το έκλεισα, αλλά χρειαζόταν 15' με το τουκ τουκ. Η περιοχή ήταν δύσκολη για να κυκλοφορήσεις - ειδικά το βράδυ. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει δικό του εστιατόριο και ότι σου προσφέρει το παραγγέλνει πιθανότητα από street food μαγαζάκια εκεί γύρω, και δεν ήταν καθόλου καλής ποιότητας. Τα δοκιμάσαμε και τα αφήσαμε. Η καθαριότητα πολύ μέτρια. Η τιμή του ήταν 50 ευρώ η βραδιά, και δεν το επέλεγα ξανά , λογω της θέσης του και της καθαριότητας. Μας άσκησαν τρομερή πίεση για βαθμολογια και μάλιστα ήθελαν να πάρουν και 10.!!!!

The worst part of our trip
Cons:

Place was dirty and needs a serious renovation. Even the staff clothes were dirty. We went to check the room before entering and had to ask them to clean the room, as it looked that the room was just used and yet the room was still dirty when they delivered it to us. We stayed just for one night and had to change the hotel. Conseige was trying to loot us by making us pay extra cancellation fees and higher exchange rate. Better options just down the road.

Muy buen hotel para estar de paso en Nueva Delhi, muy centrico con diversos servicios y restaurantes. Los administradores fueron muy amables en mi estadía, me ayudaron con recomendaciones, cuidaron mis pertenencias mientras recorría la ciudad.

I'm very disappointed,
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

when I got there I had to call the reception because my room's was dirty , my bed was smelling. , bathroom no one clean from the previous gest. My first breakfast was in the room, and they served on a tray full of dirt, not seeing water for ages.
At the checkout, the guy put pressure for me to leave good feedback and asked me to get my phone.
My honest feedback: If you are a tourist, this hotel is not for you. It's for locals.
I'm very disappointed.
