Struttura spartana e foto un po’ ingannevoli, ma servizi utili per chi viaggia in famiglia
Pros:

Le note positive:
• Letto e cuscini sono comodi.
• I servizi utili ci sono tutti: biciclette gratuite (anche per il bambino, con seggiolino già montato), cambio valuta, e servizio lavanderia. Per chi viaggia in famiglia, questi extra fanno comodo — e le bici aiutano proprio a compensare la posizione lontana dal centro.

Consiglio pratico sul cambio valuta: Tam Coc (e in generale Ninh Binh) non è il posto ideale per cambiare i soldi. Se atterrate ad Hanoi e la vostra prima tappa è Tam Coc/Ninh Binh, conviene cambiare tutto direttamente all’aeroporto di Hanoi, verificando il tasso più favorevole tra i vari sportelli. Noi il cambio migliore l’abbiamo trovato all’ultimo stand, tutto a destra all’uscita bagagli

Cons:

• Le stanze sono molto spartane e la pulizia non è ottimale.
• Il condizionatore è vecchissimo e di fatto non funziona bene: accendendolo verso le 21, un minimo di frescura arrivava solo verso le 3 di notte. In stanza si moriva dal caldo e questo ci ha fatto dannare.
• Il bagno è molto minimal, maleodorante e non isolato: entra un caldo tremendo, le zanzare (ovviamente, ma noi avevamo portate i vape) e bisogna tenere la porta chiusa. Gli asciugamani sono durissimi.
• La colazione è limitata.
• L’acqua della piscina è calda, quindi non rinfresca.
• I proprietari non parlano inglese: l’unico che riesce ad aiutare è il figlio.
• Rumori dal cantiere: proprio in questi giorni stanno costruendo un nuovo homestay lì accanto (foto), quindi si sentono rumori di martelli e operai già dalla mattina presto — da tenere presente se cercate tranquillità o volete dormire un po’ di più.
• Posizione non centrale: la struttura si trova in una zona defilata di Tam Coc, quindi per raggiungere il paese bisogna per forza spostarsi con un mezzo — bici, auto o motorino. A piedi non è comoda.

Hospitable staff and peaceful location ✨💯
Pros:

I loved the location. It’s peaceful as it is along the rice-fields of Tam Coc. The pool is clean and they do serve light breakfast in the morning. The staff are welcoming and they offer free bicycles so you could stroll around. There are laundry shops nearby. Cafes and restaurants are all around too.

Cons:

The only thing is that there is no hot water in the shower. So it would be a little uncomfortable for people who are not fond of cold showers.

Still enjoyable even with a few issues.
Pros:

Loved the view over the rice fields. We had a motorbike so loved that it was right on the edge of town and nice and quiet. If you were walking around it’s a fair walk to the centre of town.

Cons:

It was a 40 degree day when we arrived. We notified the staff what time we were arriving and were quietly hoping they’d turn the aircon on for our arrival… but no such luck. It’s those little things that make a big difference in how you feel about your stay.
Also, every time you go out and lock the door you have to pull the key card out of the wall and you come back to a stifling hot room each time.
All of the soaps and shampoos were also watered down too which was frustrating. Pool could have been vacuumed more often and the filter running more often also. Just seemed like the owners were very thrifty with how they operated.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, mesmo no meio dos arrozais e uma vista excecional! O bungalow é modesto mas limpo e com tudo o que é necessário. O AC funciona muito bem. O staff é simpático e atencioso. A piscina é ótima. Recomendo muito, uma relação preço qualidade ótima! É uma estadia tranquila na natureza!

Séjour agréable
Pros:

J'ai passé 2 nuits au Tam Coc Minh Hung Homestay.
L’emplacement est parfait : au calme, entouré de nature, tout en restant proche de Tam Coc.
Le bungalow était très bien, confortable et agréable.
Le cadre est vraiment sympa et reposant, idéal pour profiter de Ninh Binh en toute tranquillité.
J'ai passé un très bon moment et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Hébergement parfait dans le calme des rizières.
Pros:

L’emplacement au coeur des rizières est clairement un coup de coeur.
L’accueil est très chaleureux et même si les gens parlent plus ou moins anglais, il y a un bon contact et un désir de communication.
Nous avons pu utiliser les vélos (même avec siège pour enfant) pour nous rendre à Tam Coc (2 km), sinon c’est facile en Grab aussi.
La piscine est fraîche.
Ça sent les fleurs lorsqu’on est dehors, la piscine est entourée d’arbres fruitiers et de plantes.
Nous avions une chambre familiale avec 2 lits doubles et c’était très bien pour notre famille.
Nina Binh est clairement un coup de coeur et cet hébergement en fait assurément parti.

Cons:

Le déjeuner est correct.

Le Homestay est idéalement placé un peu à distance de l’agitation de la ville et avec une vue superbe. Marcher jusqu’au centre peut prendre un peu de temps mieux vaut utiliser un deux roues ou un taxi. Les chambres sont climatisées ce qui a été utile vu la canicule.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec « un grand lit double et un lit double » pour notre famille (2 adultes et deux enfants de 9 et 6 ans). Nous avons eu un grand lit double et un simple ce qui a été compliqué en termes d’organisation. La chambre n’était donc pas conforme à la description. Le petit déjeuner était simple mais bon mais il ne nous a jamais été dit ce qui était disponible (aucune boisson froide à part de l’eau). Le contact avec certains membres du personnel était difficile. Nous estimons que la note attribuée à ce homestay sur Booking ne correspond pas à notre expérience. Toutefois il est vrai que le prix est raisonnable.

Pros:

L emplacement et le service de scooter du Homestay. Le jardin était très joli et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Pas de choix sur les petits déjeuners (pancake ou pain de mie). Pas de frigo dans les chambres. L entretien et la filtration ne correspond pas à des standards européens.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großen Pool und schön angelegten Pflanzen, direkter Blick auf die Reisfelder. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Zimmer geräumig.
