An sich war es wunderbar
Pros:

Lage, Zimmer, das beste war das Frühstück und die nette Dame im Service beim Frühstück im Wittehuus

Cons:

Zu wenig Zeitungen und Magazine zum Lesen. Oben an der Bar und auch im Wellness Bereich. Sollte es bei diesem Preisgefüge geben.
Die Dame an der Rezeption (Andrea) war etwas schnippisch. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass sie zu älteren Stammgästen sicherlich sehr zuvorkommend ist, doch bei jüngeren sich weniger Mühe gibt. Dienstleistungshaltung hat mir gefehlt bei ihr.

Als erstes als ich angekommen war und einige fragen hatte kam der Eindruck das sie genervt waren besonders eine etwas ältere Dame ich hatte das Gefühl man wird von oben herab behandelt.Ich hatte mich wohl mit der Buchung vertan ich bin auch eine ältere Dame und noch Schwerbehindert da würde nicht darein gegangen. Weil ich ein Zimmer mit Bad hatte und es für mich extrem schwierig ist da rein zu steigen ich bekam eine Rusch Matte ,keine entgegen kommen ehr sie sind selber schuld ich war sehr enttäuscht bin eine Nacht geblieben habe dafür gespart und wollte einfach mal zwei schöne Tage verbringen.Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht ab in der Badewanne und Waschbecken alles sehr alt . Im Zimmer konnte man sich kaum drehen auch bei Einzelzimmer sollte man doch etwas Platz haben.Ich wünsche mir das jeder gleich behandelt wird und nicht so ach ja den nächsten Morgen man hatte Zeit bis 11 Uhr morgens auszuschicken aber um 9 Uhr stand unangemeldet ohne kloppen das Zimmermädchen bei mir machte die Tür auf habe mich richtig erschrocken.Alles im allem war der Aufenthalt nicht schön und sehr enttäuschend.
