- The staff was amazing on all fronts - speedy check in, offering all the info, accepting all the requests ( including earlier check in after a very early morning trip from Tirana;
- The bed was comfty, the bathroom had all that it needed;
- The breakfast was more than enough; Since I left at 6 am on my departure day I asked and was provided with breakfast stuff to go;
- Since there was a heat wave, having an air conditioner as great;
- The best part was that the hotel has a door to the station so you can just walk in an out there; Given that they charge you to get to the platform, this was great as I had heavy luggage and also could just cross the platform and be there within 5 minutes;
- Both reception ladies spoke very good English, but the night guy could only say a few words;

Everything was great. The hotel is located near the bus station and train station. The staff is very friendly and nice. It met my expectations.

Carpet in the room should be changed - it is really dirty. TV could be bigger.
Albergo vicino il centro città con un ampio parcheggio davanti dove lasciare auto e moto. La colazione, continentale, non è stata delle migliori (per i nostri personali gusti) ma completa.
Il parcheggio rimane aperto alla notte. Il posto è tranquillo ma essendoci un cancello elettrico basterebbe chiuderlo.
L' hotel si trova di fronte alla stazione dei bus e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro ,camera pulita e spaziosa, colazione ottima,ma soprattutto la simpatia ed il sorriso della signora addetta alla reception,la brava e bella Maria

Bardzo blisko dworca autobusowego, ale mimo to było cicho i nie dało się odczuć gwaru z tym towarzyszącego.
Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje obiektu, w którym można się przespać i wyruszyć w dalszą podróż, to jest miejsce idealne.
Do tego od 6 rano można zjeść pyszne śniadanie w formie bufetu.
