Overall, we were quite disappointed with our stay, especially considering that this is a seaside hotel.

The in-room facilities were very basic. There was no kettle, which was particularly inconvenient if you wanted to make a cup of tea or needed hot water to dissolve medication. There were not even proper cups in the room, only two drinking glasses.

Another major issue was the unpleasant smell in the room. There was a persistent bad odor throughout the room, including inside the wardrobe, which made the stay much less comfortable.

We were also surprised by the beach arrangements. Although beach access is presented as one of the hotel’s amenities, you still have to pay more than €20 for sun loungers, while at another beach area there is an additional charge for towels. We have stayed at many seaside hotels before and have never encountered separate charges like these for such basic beach facilities, so this came as quite a surprise.

Overall, the room facilities and the additional beach charges did not meet our expectations for a hotel of this type.

1. A három lefoglalt szobából az egyikben két külön ágynak kellett volna lennie, de helyette egy franciaágy volt, ez nyilván kellemetlenséget okozott. A recepción azt mondták, hogy a booking így továbbította a foglalást és nem tudnak mit tenni… Ez igencsak megnehezítette az érintett személyek napjait.
2. A takarítószolgálat nem végezte rendesen a munkáját, ugyanis az ágybevetésen kívűl nem sok mindent csináltak és a törölközőt sem cseréltek sokszor.
3. Utolsó d.u. elég nagy vihar alakult ki (ami tenger mellett nem ritka), és az egyik szobába ömlött be a víz, hiába volt bezárva a terasz ajtaja (ezt kérésünkre törölközők segítségével mérsékelték). Továbbá a vihar leveleket és piszkot fújt be a szobákba és hívtuk a takarítószolgálatot, mégsem érkeztek meg, sőt egy másik hozzánk tartozó szoba egész nap jelezte az igényt a takarításra, de ott sem érkeztek meg…
4. Többször találtam én és a családom is műanyagdarabkákat az ételekben (főleg a desszerteknél).

Per prima cosa abbiamo prenotato una stanza tripla, e ci siamo ritrovati con una matrimoniale più un contenitore per terra al posto del terzo letto, ovviamente abbiamo fatto presente il nostro disappunto alla reception, ma ci è stato detto che quella era la loro idea di tripla…. Premetto che le immagini sul sito nel momento della prenotazione raffiguravano altro….
Secondo, la colazione totalmente salata se non dei tristissimi croissant vuoti.
Struttura molto grande priva di qualsiasi tipo di animazione/intrattenimento né di giorno né di sera, alle 22:00 dormivano tutti.
Personale molto rigido e impostato.
Per avere una tazza di tè caldo per mio marito che è stato male, a momenti avrei dovuto pagarlo come una cena a buffet (30€).

Če plačaš toliko denarja za 10 dni v 4-zvezdičnem hotelu, pričakuješ, da ti bodo zamenjali posteljnino, ne pa da moraš šesti (6) dan prositi čistilko, da ti jo zamenja, in da čistilka 3 dni ne pride v sobo, ne odnese smeti, ne pospravi postelj ali posesa, kaj naj rečeš? Ko se pritožuješ, ti predrzno rečejo, da so otroci verjetno pritisnili gumb, da nas čistilke ne bi motile, otroci pa sploh ne morejo doseči gumba, ker so zelo majhni. Pritožuješ se prvi dan, potem drugi dan, potem tretji dan rečejo, da so pritisnili gumb, in ti še vedno nesramno odgovorijo. Za ta denar gremo naslednjič na Majorko.

Das Parken war zuerst etwas kompliziert. Der Mann am Parkplatz konnte auch nicht wirklich weiter helfen. Ich kann wenig Englisch und er kein Deutsch. Parkte mich zuerst ins Parkhaus und am nächsten Tag auf den Parkplatz wo dann doch etwas frei wurde.
