Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location with friendly staff
Pros:

Nice pools and private balconies with outdoor showers. They also had a great restaurant down by the beach, and a high quality breakfast spread.

Cons:

Pool bar and pools closed too early in the day.

Schöner, angenehmer und ruhiger Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Frühstücksraum, resp. Restaurant zu kühl temperiert und Einrichtung etwas zu zweckmässig eingerichtet zu Lasten der "Gemütlichkeit". Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und umfangreich und wird bis zuletzt immer wieder reichhaltig aufgefüllt - super!

Cons:

Leider hatte die Terrasse im Zimmer keine Storen oder einen Sonnenschirm, so dass diese trotzt der herrlichen Aussicht wegen der Hitze den Tag/Abend hindurch nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Pros:

Property location was incredible.
Food excellent.
But for me the best thing about this property was the staff. They were so friendly and attentive. Definitely the biggest plus!!! Barceló Portinatx please keep these staff, a true asset to you.

Lovely relaxing trip! Would have liked a full sea view as requested
Pros:

We love the location, it’s perfect for a chilled relaxing holiday! The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They did a good breakfast too!

Cons:

We booked a sea view room- we had B303 and it was a side sea view with the front view being the other side of the hotel! So we were disappointed with that- it should have options of side view or full view, we think the full view best ones would be in block A.
The cleanness in the rooms were debatable - there was a lot of dust.
Also the phone did not work and was full of dust.
The pool one 2 days were murky- but the maintenance did resolve it by the afternoons.

Hotel agréable et belle vue mer
Pros:

L’emplacement face a la mer, le petit déjeuner de tres bonne qualité !
Une proposition de surclassement a un prix honnête. Personnel agréable et arrangeant

Cons:

Le systeme de clé pour ouvrir les portes. Nous en avions 1 sur 2 qui ne fonctionnait pas

De hotelkamer was prachtig
Fijn elke dag schone handdoeken
Elke dag schone handdoek voor het zwembad

Het personeel is fantastisch, zo lief en meedenken
Ze werken echt hard, alles schoon en snel opgeruimd.

De massage van Nerea was ook magisch, zeer aan te bevelen!

Overall extreem genoten en ontspannen

Wonderful! Just what I needed. I will definitely consider returning!
Pros:

The staff were amazing - efficient and helpful. I have a partial disability and I was allocated a room that was accessible and near to all facilities which I was very grateful for.

Cons:

It was a little tired looking in places, but that didn’t deter from my enjoyment.

Wunderschön, nur zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer und Anlage, ruhige Gegend. Es hat und super gefallen.

Cons:

Reinigung des Zimmers war teils nicht so gut. Wir mussten das WC Papier immer selbst holen & teils auch keine Tücher erhalten.
