Chambre minuscule avec peut de place pour passer.
Équipement mentionné sur booking (tel que le sèche cheveux) non présent
Très sale
Très bruyant
Fenêtre qui ne se fermait pas. Il fallait une clé mais après 19h, plus de personnel à la réception. Le quartier étant très animé la nuit.........
carte d'accès à la chambre qui ne fonctionnait plus le lendemain. Heureusement nous l'avons constaté avant 19h.

Vraiment la chambre est propre, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est au centre de Rotterdam, prêt de tout, magasins restaurants, moyen de transport, et le personnel est très accueillant.

Als je komt slapen en verder absoluut niks, is het een ok verblijf.
Pros:

Locatie prima, badkamer zeer ok.

Cons:

Volstrekt anoniem, geen personeel aanwezig, goederenlift. Kamers worden schoongemaakt maar de muren zitten vol dode (en levende) insecten, ondanks de gesloten ramen. Zeer minimalistisch interieur.

Nice old-European style hotel... for those nostalgic about travel.

I cannot think of really any bad thing during my visit... except one (2 pieces, really). The first is that 1 of 2 bath towels had a huge hole - that should have been picked up by the laundry company when they wash used towels. The second is that the foot towel had frayed edges - again something the linen cleaners should have caught. The management should contract with a different linen company. Otherwise, the stay was great. In particular, the staff should get 11 stars out of 10!

In einer Bar Gegend. Nachts war es sehr laut und da wir an einem Freitag da waren, waren viele komische Menschen auf der Straße. Man hat sich teilweise unsicher und unwohl gefühlt. Waschbecken war neben dem Bett, was wir auch komisch fanden.

Отвратительная коммуникация и полное безразличие к гостям. Забронировала номер, после чего получила сообщение о том, что я должна сделать check in до 18:30. Я не могла приехать до 18:30 и провела пол дня, пытаясь связаться с отелем и предупредить об этом. Позвонив туда, какая-то девушка ответила с 3 раза, сказав, что пришлет мне на почту инструкцию как попасть в номер после 18:30. Никаких инструкций так и не пришло, после чего ни на один из моих последующих звонков ответа не было. Такого я еще не видела. Никогда не ставлю такие оценки, но в этот раз не могу не поставить. Потому что очень заслуженно.
