Limpieza terrible y cama super incomoda

La ubicación era lo único bueno.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación, terrible. Llegamos y había un pelo negro largo en la cama, migas por las almohadas y una mancha amarilla en la almohada también. La cama doble era grande pero cada vez que uno se movía la cama hacía a la otra persona saltar. No dormimos nada durante tres noches, nos despertábamos cada vez que el otro se movía un pelín. La ducha estaba llena de moho y las paredes de todo el hotel están sucísimas. Estábamos asqueados cada vez que volvíamos al hotel. No se merece las 4 estrellas

Todo. Muy caro para lo que ofrece. Mucha gente y poco personal. No se puede cobrar lo que cobran y tener una chica en recepción a la que no le da la vida, y con un calor de pelotas. En la habitación el cubo con la fregona,..en fin.

Muy biena estancia en santander

Lo mejor.
El edificio precioso, los desayunos muy buenos,la habitacion muy completa y la ubicación perfecta

Cons:

Todo me gustó excepto la limpieza que no era lo que corresponde a un hotel de esta categoría. No es que estuviera sucio pero no se limpiaba lo suficiente
