Large room/bathroom and clean room. Usual 4* things. Great location. Lovely breakfast. Really helpful pre-arrival messages. Nice welcome and advice

Cons:

Two beds pushed together. Shower leaked in front of the toilet. Filthy or worn carpet in hallways. Complicated air con controls. Cramped breakfast area. No table service at breakfast.

No me gusto nada prácticamente . Hicimos una reserva para mi familia y yo, 2 adultos y 2 bebés y al llegar no nos permitieron alojarnos indicando que las habitaciones no cumplían algo de una ley, por si hubiese cualquier tipo de evacuación del hotel. No me ha pasado en ningún hotel este hecho. De hecho tuve que hacer una reserva en otro hotel cercano e irme con toda mi familia después de haber bajado el equipaje de los 4. Llevo toda la semana en 3 hoteles y no me ha pasado esto en ninguno

Location great but totally soulless

Its location was perfect. It is right in the centre of bars and restaurants - excellent.

Cons:

The Hotel is absolutely soulless - there is a cafe/bar on the first floor which is always empty (except at breakfast); the public areas around Reception are always empty as well; when you enter the Hotel (there are one of two entrances) you totally bypass Reception as it’s hidden in a corner - it needs to be at the centre of the grounds floor so that all guests pass it; bring more activity to the public areas on the grounds floor eg. a cafe or bar to bring it to life.

Las habitaciones estaban listas a las 16h de la tarde, muy tarde. Muy antiguo. Pedí al personal que la tv del hall y me dijeron q no , bastante mala atención . No fue barato. No valían las 4 estrellas.
