Friendly, helpful staff, from our welcome to the moment we left
Lovely comfortable and spotless rooms
Fantastic breakfast with the best (home-made by the chef) gluten-bread I've ever tasted
Pleasant staff
Quiet location
Very comfortable beds with high quality linen and towels.
No area to relax in
Staff were very helpful organising a taxi. Room was well furnished and apart from the bed and bathroom door was comfortable.
Bed was too hard and the door hinges to the bathroom made a very loud grating noise every time it was opened or closed.
Fabulous helpful, friendly staff.
room was comfortable, clean and just what was expected
nothing really we were only there overnight
Lovely hotel just outside the centre of Sheffield. Staff we super-accommodating.
I left my tablet in the room on check out and the lady on reception was very helpful with ensuring I was reunited with it.
The car park was easily accessible, and the staff welcome was warm and friendly. The room and bed was sparkling clean and the shower room was of a high standard. The TV worked fine and there was tea/coffee making facilities, including biscuits. The breakfasts were nicely prepared and tasty, and the breakfast staff were warm and friendly.
The bed was rather too firm for our taste and the pillows were not the feather type, which we are used to, so unfortunately we lost some sleep, mainly due to the pillows. The flight of stairs up to the bedrooms are not for the faint hearted, but we realise that normally fit people will manage them fine; my wife struggled with them. The breakfast choices were quality but few and there was no fresh fruit. The berry compot with gronola did not make up for the lack of fruit.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very comfortable although bed a bit hard for me.Great breakfast. Very clean.
Floorboards above very creaky and could hear people walking about alot. Price quite high for the size of room.
Great location to access the restaurants and bars of Ecclesall Rd. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room (I was in the deluxe double) with a big bed and firm mattress. Perfectly clean. Bar area was great with a good selection of drinks. The food looked amazing although I didn’t eat there. I got parked in the car park around the back easily too. Would happily return.
Totally nitpicking but in the morning I wanted to open the beautiful sash window but it wouldn’t stay open. Otherwise it was great and I would stay again
Friendly, helpful staff who catered to our needs.
Good room / bathroom. Clean and aesthetically pleasing.
A good choice for breakfast ,our meals were delicious and reasonably priced.
The weather?
Location, free parking, clean room.
Bed was a bit hard.
The Psalter was very clean and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was large and quiet, we slept very well.
We stayed in the Bingham Suite which we really liked and would stay in it again but there were a lot of stairs to get to it and a fair walk, which others may find difficult , especially with a suitcase.
