Bel hôtel. Ambiance agréable.
Pros:

J'ai séjourné 3 nuits à l'hôtel pour participer au marathon de l'Arlberg. J'ai passé un très bon moment grâce au confort global de l'établissement et à l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

J'ai été surpris de ne pas avoir de frigo dans la chambre.

Wir waren allesamt sehr zufrieden!
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir konnten wegen einer bevorstehenden Biketour eine halbe Stunde früher Frühstücken.

Cons:

Doppelzimmer mit Einmatratzenbetten ausgestattet. Wenn man kein Paar ist, möchte man lieber Einzelmatratzen. Schlussendlich schlief eine Person auf dem Ausziehsofa, was allerdings auch kein Problem war.

Amazing hotel in every way!
Pros:

Everything! It was spotlessly clean & comfortable and the attention to detail in every aspect was first class. The food was excellent - both dinner and breakfast. If you’re in the area stay here - you won’t be disappointed, and f you’re not in the area go and stay!

Familiäres Hotel in das wir gerne wiederkommen!
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel auf Empfehlung eines Bekannten gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Essen war sensationell lecker!
Auch die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderausflüge.

Cons:

Im Wellnessbereich wäre ein Liegebereich draußen oder die Möglichkeit die Panoramafenster zu öffnen noch toll gewesen.

Die Leistung entsprach nicht dem Preis

Gefallen hat uns nur die Aussicht! Ansonsten ist viel Luft nach oben. Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt nicht gefallen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und die Ausstattung der 80er Jahre hat schon lange keine Renovation. Die Teppiche waren sehr abgenutzt, schmutzig und ungepflegt - das Hotel roch muffig ! Wir haben mit Halbpension gebucht, das Salat-Buffet kann man noch nicht einmal als Buffet bezeichnen. Es war eine Mini-Salatecke. Das war eine Enttäuschung. Ein paar Schälchen zu einem Viertel gefüllt mit altem Blattsalat und trockenem Mais,altem Gurkensalat, Tomatensalat, Rote Beete, Brötchen waren alt und unappetitlich . Man wusste nicht ,von wann der Salat überhaupt gemacht wurde. Alles sah nach Resten vom Vorabend oder älter aus. Die Salatteller waren so klein wie Untertassen. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Es war keine Auswahl beim Dessert - nur Tiramisu. Als ich gesagt habe, dass ich nichts Süsses essen darf, hat man mir auf Wunsch einen Käseteller angeboten. Normaleweise muss so etwas als Alternative auf der Karte stehen. Das Frühstück war okay.
Den Wellnessbereich kann man getrost auslassen. Das Wasser war trüb und überhitzt, bei draussen sommerlichen Temperaturen, es war niemand darin. Man hat sich nicht getraut , ins Wasser zu gehen. Es machte insgesamt keinen sauberen Eindruck. Ich habe mit Halbpension und zu günstigerem Preis schon viel anderes gesehen! So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Pros:

Hotel Hirschen is a lovely hotel. Our stay there was great. We had half board and the food was amazing. Everything was spotless clean, including swimming pool and sauna. The staff is very nice and helpful. I really appreciated little things (they make their own "newspaper" every day with local information, we got salt as good bye present...). The location is great.
