Cons:

Mieliśmy potwierdzoną rezerwację w tym obiekcie. Po długiej podróży z dwójką dzieci przyjechaliśmy na późny nocleg i okazało się, że obiekt jest zamknięty. Pod dostępnym numerem telefonu poinformowano nas, że obiekt jest nieczynny i nie zostaniemy przyjęci, osoba z którą rozmawialiśmy nie poczuwała się do jakiejkolwiek winy. Zostaliśmy postawieni w trudnej sytuacji bez noclegu. Musieliśmy jechać dalej i szukać innego noclegu co nie było łatwe, bo był to długi weekend.

Po przyjeździe na miejsce pomimo rezerwacji przez booking z potwierdzeniem przyjęcia do realizacji, Pani jak zakładam pracownica poinformowała nas przez telefon, że nie ma takiej rezerwacji .... po przybyciu kilkuset kilometrów w dniu wolnym od pracy sytuacja była niewyobrażalnie niekomfortowa. Wysłałam Pani screeny potwierdzeń z bookinga nic nie pomogło Pani twierdziła, że rezerwacji nie ma. Zamieszczam ku przestrodze.

Bardzo smaczne i różnorodne śniadania. Pokój czysty, zadbany i wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzeba do wygodnego wypoczynku. Obsługa na uprzejma i pomocna. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bezproblemowo.
