Perfect setting. Rooms were spotless. Great base place to venture to from around the lake an mountains
Jolie chambre, jolie vue, lit confortable, terrasse agréable…
Dommage que dans une suite il n’y est pas une Nespresso pour café capsule !!! Bouilloire franchement limite !
Dommage que l’on ne puisse aller à l’Auberge du père Bise sur la partie Lac !
The location and service was excellent. They were very good for catering to gluten free requirements.
The only improvement would be to have a children’s menu at the restaurant. But that is a very small issue.
Tout était top! Merci

Great location, fantastic staff, excellent food.
It was in a nice location on a lake with an amazing view but very far from downtown, reception staff were very nice but some did not speak english well.
Since it was very far from the downtown and we were traveling and tired, once we arrived we wanted to eat at the hotel’s restaurant and although it was lunch time unfortunately the did not allow us to eat, stating it was full ( the attitude of the restaurant manger was Awful as he was not even looking at us when we were talking). I would have appreciated having some flexibility for hotel residents since its in a faraway area and there were not much options for lunch and dinner around. Also the did not accommodate us for diner as well. Another thing was water they give you a water bottle for your stay and if you want a refill you have to go down to the bar to refill, not ideal in the middle of the night.
Stunning location
Room was quite small but very clean
It's the best location on the whole lake, simply beautiful, and above all, quiet and not crowded. The view from the rooms/dining area is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. The staff - specifically the two women who work at the hotel front desk reception - are very pleasant, professional, and proactive. Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed having "apéro" before dinner overlooking the lake. Every day we walked 2 steps and jumped into the lake. You can also rent bikes/pedalos/kayaks/sups from right in front of the hotel which was great.
These points are minor but mentioning them anyway.
Breakfast is served until 10am - a couple of times we arrived 950am and sat down outside to enjoy a peaceful morning breakfast over the lake. However, at 10:02am the staff start clearing up/setting the tables for lunch and start making a lot of noise dragging and dropping the chairs all around you and it's a bit unpleasant. I understand they need to start preparing things but they could be a bit more considerate of the guests and the noise they are making because breakfast is not included and is expensive and we expect a more pleasant experience.
On weekends, the hotel is popular for private events - specifically weddings. While we quite enjoyed watching the events (which happen on the lawn to the right of the outdoor dining area), on Saturday night there was music playing until quite late and we could hear the thumping bass from our room which wasn't ideal.
The pool is nice but the lake view is blocked by a large hedge.
It was fabulous. Staff too wonderful and we will definitely go back next year. Thank you to you all for a wonderful time spent in talloire
Beautiful location and friendly staff
Small bedroom
We stayed for 7 nights in a junior suite with a balcony and a view of Lake Annecy.
This hotel is in a stunning location on the waterfront in the beautiful village of Tailloires.
There is a local bus which runs every 30 minutes that goes to Annecy town itself. We also used this to visit Menthon and Veyrier du lac.
All the staff are delightful, Victoria especially helped us to book a boat tour of the lake, and was a friendly face behind reception.
A good choice for breakfast, a stunning pool area which was not busy when we were there and they also have electric bikes that you can hire.
The cleaning staff were lovely and made our room look first class every day.
Would not hesitate to recommend. A little area of paradise in France.
