El personal de recepción son elitistas, llegué solo a hospedarme y pasar bien momento sin embargo no me quisieron dar mi habitación hasta después de las 3 pm en cambio llegaron otras familias y l s dieron su habitación siendo 2:00 pm 2:30 pm

Todo muy bien, no hay queja, excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal

Cons:

Solo el wi-fi y la Tv, en las noches para dormir, como vas con niños, quieres ver tv y la señal falla muchísimo y el internet igual

El personal siempre fue amable y el hotel esta muy tranquilo es ideal para descansar

la piscina estaba climatizada, lo cual era muy bueno, en general las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y en mi caso me toco en la planta baja y tenia acceso directo a la alberca
