Last minute hotel change turned out to be the best decision.
Pros:

I had to book at Sante, because the other 5-star hotel somehow lost my booking from 4 months ago(it wasnt through Booking. I'm not even mad. Turns out I ended up staying in the best hotel in Velingrad. I'll be visiting again soon.

Cons:

I had no time to enjoy the spa, although everyone recommends it. Same with the food. My time in Velingrad was planned for and I couldnt enjoy the amenities as much as i'd like, but that's why i'll visit again :).

i like the smell in the room and the entire hotel

i love the variety and the taste of the food

nice music,nice people,nice room,nice kids center and lovely bakery

you have a fitness a bar and great outside pool area,and everything in touching distance

Cons:

i didnt like that we have only two beatiful nights and days at this amazing hotel☺️

За първи път от Велинград си тръгваме разочаровани
Pros:

Хотел на контрастите. Видно е, че е направена сериозна инвестиция и при едно по-професионално управление може да бъде наистина добър хотел.

Cons:

За съжаление, управлението на хотела лъха на аматьорщина. Тотална липса на управление и обучение на персонал: ниво един коктейл да не може да направи бармана на басейна и да гледа от ламинирано листче, няма кой да те посрещне - чудиш се къде да паркираш какво да правиш, сервитьор те тупа по рамото и ти говори на ти... Абсолютно ок за семейно хотелче, но при тези цени и претенции 6.5 е абсолютен максимум. Уж са въведени някакви технически системи - накрая грешно име на телевизора на стаята и неспирен СПАМ, на който някак си не си спомням да съм бил съгласен. Дано се вземат бързо в ръце.

Санте уикенд с дете
Pros:

Стаите са просторни, идваха да ги почистват всеки ден, персоналът беше мил и отзивчив. Момичетата в детският кът бяха страхотни и се занимаваха с детето. Има външен и вътрешен детски и детска площадка на територията на хотела.

Pros:

Много чисто. Има всички необходими удобства. Добре зареден минибар. Наличие на кафемашина и много хубаво кафе в стаята. Просторни и уютни стаи. Има сушилник за дрехите. Комплименти за гостите, както за добре дошли, така и за довиждане, които правят много добро впечатление. Много любезно отношение от страна на целия персонал. Храната много вкусна - както на закуска, така и на вечеря. СПА-зоната и басейните също са чудесни.

Cons:

По-скоро препоръка. А именно: да има занимания за възрастни, тип билярд например.
