Pros:

Everything was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet had very big variety and choices for everyone. For lunch the restaurant offer lunch menu. Great traditional Bulgarian food at good prices. The spa area is quite nice. Lots of indoor and outdoor pools. All with very warm water, which makes it possible to swim outside even on cold weather. Definitely would recommend

Pros:

Amazing, the staff was so hospitable, and everyone treated us in the best possible way. We got help with our toddler at every corner. There are multiple pools at three different location. One of them was a 25m pool with clean water that is perfect for swimming long distances. Due to the sheer size of the complex, it doesn't feel stuff and the atmosphere is very calm. Perfect for resting and for people who want to take some time from their intense city life.

Престоят ни беше чудесен! Спа центърът е страхотен, а масажите са на изключително високо ниво. Хотелът е много красив, чист и уютен, с внимание към всеки детайл. Природата наоколо е невероятна и създава усещане за спокойствие и пълноценна почивка. Силно впечатление ни направи любезният и усмихнат персонал, който допринася за приятната атмосфера и кара гостите да се чувстват специални. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново и горещо препоръчваме хотела!

Cons:

Въпреки това има няколко аспекта, които според нас могат да бъдат подобрени. Вкусът и разнообразието на храната не отговарят напълно на нивото на хотела и биха могли да бъдат по-добри. Освен това цените в ресторанта са прекалено високи – например две чаши бяло вино за 15 евро (30 лв.) ни се сториха неоправдано скъпи.
Също така останахме неприятно изненадани от факта, че след освобождаване на стаята в 12:00 ч. се заплаща допълнителна такса за ползване на спа центъра. Това създава усещане за излишно оскъпяване и оставя по-скоро негативен финален спомен от иначе хубавия престой.

Pros:

Хороший номер с балконом. Чисто. Меняли каждый день халаты. Спа большой, хороший!!

Cons:

В ресторане на ужин мясо было холодное и сухое, наверное несколько раз грели. Выбор еды маленький, не для гостиницы 5 звезд!!! Завтрак лучше.

Pros:

Номер с балконом просторный, чисто, меняли каждый день халаты.Спа хороший.

Cons:

Плохая еда, не на 5 звезд гостиницы! Невкусно, особенно на ужин. Мясо было сухое, не горячее. Выбор маленький. Может быть что было мало людей?

Pros:

Спа отличное, вид супер. Оформление современное, персонал вежливый.

Cons:

Завтраки средние. Из за того, что под балконами расположена веранда и гости выходят там посидеть вечером, шум от разговоров не дает уснуть . В номере кондиционер не работает, поэтому не возможно дверь на балкон закрыть

Big disappointment, not worth the money
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. The porter was also very helpful.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in a 5 star hotel as their system only allowed either hot or cold function. Safe to say it was boiling - 28 degrees in our room and the lobby resembled a sauna. Some key rooms in the spa were out of order so we couldn’t use them. The beds at the infinity pool were extremely dirty and had bird poop all over them. The guy who closes down the pool in the afternoons was also quite rude. The receptionist wasn’t very kind either.
