The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).
A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.
There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.
Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.
Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel, mit großen Zimmern und guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Beim Pool wären mehr Liegen oder Sitzmöglichkeiten wirklich dringend erforderlich.
Large clean modern room, walk in shower with sliding glass screen. Bedding and Towels in new condition. Great views from our room with windows on 2 sides.
Only issue is noisy air conditioning, we had to turn it off to sleep.
Location
Hotel itself felt small and cramped and lifts took ages. But the rooms were huge!

Oberhalb des Hotels Richtung Stanley Park ist eine Baustelle, dort wird ein neuer Wolkenkratzer entstehen, Lärm und später eine eingeschränkte Sicht sind die Folgen
Hotel is in a great location, close to Stanley Park, the waterfront and shops. The rooms are large, plenty of space and great views across the city. The room was clean with plenty of amenities. Access to the pool and hot tub was a bonus!

Super location to explore the city, nice large space for the four of us and excellent view of city at night from balcony.
The air con didn’t seem to turn off so got super cold so ended up sleeping with balcony door open second night.
Top Lage!
Great large rooms with sofa area. Large and comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Good central location. Reasonable parking and plenty of space.
Not cheap but probably comparable with other similar city centre hotels.
Really good size room and great views over the city, mountains and sea. Good and quiet aircondition, a small balcony if you not scared of heights....
Right in the center and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping on your doorstep and 15 minutes walk to Stanley Park.
Friendly staff and appreciated the luggage storage on our last day.
The lifts are painfully slow and there could be a wait for them. Pool area is not huge but OK, couldn't get the jets in the spa to work..
