Important information:

Please note that we accept dogs only. An extra charge of CAD 25 for one dog or CAD 50 for two dogs per stay applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. Pets must never be left unattended while at the Hotel.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

When making a reservation for more than one room, please ensure that each room is booked under the correct guest name who will be occupying the room.

The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note, the property reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 24 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

The property also reserves the right to collect, through pre-authorization, at least CAD $200.00 per room as deposit for incidentals.

Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel.

Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stay Children 16 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 3 children).

A maximum of 3 adults allowed in one room with two beds. The 3rd adult charge will be $30.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.

There are no cots or rollaways in the hotel.

Reservation cancellation is required by noon, 24 hours prior to the main arrival date. The hotel will charge one-night room and tax for late cancelations and the remainder of the reservation will be released.

Upon check-in an official government issued photo identification and credit card are required.

All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Wonderful! I would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was clean. The hotel provided robes and slippers. The location was wonderful! Great restaurants near the hotel. I felt safe walking around the hotel.

Large, clean, and well-appointed rooms
Pros:

The rooms are really big and have a great balcony view (depending on which side you are on clearly). I absolutely loved that they had a water bottle filler in the lobby. They are doing better than 99% of all hotels in that regard. Location is pretty good with close proximity to bars and restaurants, but you are bit away from the heart of downtown.

Cons:

It was a bit pricey, but that is world football tournament's fault primarily. A minor gripe, but the bike rental store that was "around the corner" was like a 10m walk.

Pros:

Uitstekende locatie in Robsonstreet met de hop on hop off bushalte voor de deur. Restaurants en terras in de nabije omgeving

Clean, relaxing, calming. A good hotel that made a vacation feel wonderful.
Pros:

The restaurant was very good, nice breakfasts. Our room was very clean and the view was phenomenal. Everything inside the room worked as it should and the cleaning staff was very friendly. The front counter staff member was awesome to deal with and made checking in very smooth and streamlined.

Cons:

Price was a little high, however the location and ease of access to downtown, amenities, stadium/arena were worth it as we did come for a concert at Rogers arena.

Wonderful
Pros:

Location, room size and quality. Beautiful establishment.

Cons:

I was really sad to realize the restaurant and bar was never open. Would have greatly appreciated having some place close and easy to access with children to eat.

Perfect location of a very nice hotel ideal for pre cruise holiday.
