would return as the location was very good
Pros:

The location was ideal. in the middle of the village. village store across the road. Friendly bar and nice beer garden. nice church in the village and an easy walk albeit up hill to the castle.

Cons:

no car parking at the hotel but easy to find a free space oposite

Dreadful stay would never stop there again
Pros:

Location only

Cons:

Two night stay only and so glad it was only two nights
The first impression was poor check in staff was seemed so unhappy and miserable
The room was dated but clean
We paid extra £20 for upgrade to have own bathroom ( a bit poor this day an age)
The sheets to the bed didn’t fit properly
The bathroom shower was rubbish and very grubby
The worst was the 1st night the staff left the radio and on in the bar all night below our bedroom (no sleep at all)
Lights left on outside which lit up the bedroom as no blackout blinds and ill fitting curtains
No one around to get help and get them to turn radio off
Spoke to staff in morning and all they said was sorry and would make sure it did not happen that night
The breakfast staff was the only plus of the stay they really friendly

Cheap, but not cheerful.
Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Noise from road, glass panel above door letting lots of light from the corridor. The room was too light to sleep in. Music coming from somewhere all through the night, again making it impossible to sleep.

Felt very cheap and a shared bathroom.
Pros:

Staff & Food was excellent.

Cons:

Poor value for money. It felt like a cheap B&B, small room and a shared bathroom. I was not expecting this for £120 a night.

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were helpful, warm and friendly. The breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent as were the fish and chips we had one evening. The room was comfortable with some thoughtful touches. We even joined in with the Quiz Nite . A great place to stay in a great village

Cons:

Just a comment, but a hand rail by the steps down into the shared bathroom would be a nice touch.

Lovely choice in an excellent position in Warkworth. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast - full English - was
Pros:

The look of the Hermitage Inn was appealing. Nothing disappointed. An en suite would have been perfect but I knew when booking that it was a shared bathroom .

Cons:

A decent place to stay for a night.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. Good value for money

Cons:

The room was a little too hot but if you open the window, you can hear the cars. Ideally I would have liked my own bathroom and a double bed. The only coffee available was instant.

Charmant hotel, boek de tweepersoonskamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Good place, staff are a bit iffy, that being the younger group. Have a very bad resting face/give lots of bad looks
Pros:

Nice area and nice design to the property

Cons:

No hot water in rooms, shared bathrooms weren’t clear when booking. Breakfast is very limited. Only a select of 4 normal hot meals and 2 vegan/vegetarian hot meals. Could do with some cereal and other foods kids would like.
