Very friendly staff

Cons:

- Very steep stairs with no lift. We were accommodated on the 4th floor, making it quite a challenge to bring our luggage up the narrow spiral staircase
- There was no Wi-Fi at all for 2 days
- The beds were uncomfortable, provided with only tiny pillows and cheap IKEA bed linen and duvets
- Lighting was very poor in the room and in the bathroom
Overall, it feels like the rooms haven’t been refurbished for 20+ years

Jedyne, co niestety psuje cały ten klimat, to śniadanie - zarówno samo w sobie, jak i obsługa sali.

Przy bardzo skromnym szwedzkim stole, gdzie na ciepło są dosłownie dwie główne pozycje - jajecznica i parówki - zdarza się, że przez 15 minut nikt nie uzupełnia pustych półmisków. Obserwowałam, jak kilka osób, które przyszły po nas, próbowało wybrać coś właściwie z niczego, ponieważ nie było już ani jajecznicy, ani parówek, ani twarożków. Pozostawały więc chleb, ser i bardzo słaba szynka. Co więcej, wcale nie było wtedy dużo gości.

Po przeczytaniu innych opinii widzę jednak, że nie był to raczej jednorazowy przypadek, lecz przykra tendencja. Na miejscu właścicieli zdecydowanie zajęłabym się tym tematem, ponieważ widać, że w to miejsce włożono mnóstwo serca i zadbano o jego wyjątkowy klimat, a sposób organizacji śniadań niestety mocno psuje cały ten efekt.
