The staff and the location. Excellent view and beautiful place. The manager Mustanser is really a gentleman and guided us for our trip.

a great hospitality by staff, but managment have to takecare of kitchen and its accessories.
Pros:

The rooms are good, the bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and Mr. Mustanser, the manager, is taking care of everyone with limited resources.

Cons:

This is the only negative point at this hotel: the breakfast is very poor, and due to limited staffing, the kitchen service was very bad; we could not even find a good cup of tea.

A peaceful and memorable stay with beautiful views and great hospitality.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was amazing with beautiful mountain views and fresh weather at Thandiani Top. The staff was very cooperative and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and the peaceful environment made the stay relaxing for our family.

Cons:

The road access was a little difficult and parking space could be improved. Room service was slightly slow during busy hours, but the staff tried their best to help us.
