31.12. the price includes: a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner, welcome and midnight toast, unlimited selected soft drinks, unlimited house wine and beer (until midnight), entertainment for adults and children, music and midnight light show.

Please note that New Year's Eve dinner price for children or adults at extra beds on request.

For selected dates, the hotel reserves the right to charge a nonrefundable booking fee of 20% of the total amount of the accommodations prior to arrival for any type of reservation. This fee will be deducted from the total room rate at the end of the stay. Without payment of the fee, the reservation cannot be guaranteed on these dates.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We are satisfied and we was happy to stay here
Pros:

breakfast was perfect, we had room with terrace, that was wonderful bonus what we even didn't ask. Coffe machine was in room, we liked a lot staying here

Cons:

The hair dryer in the room was broken, and the TV was not a Smart TV with the option to connect a phone or computer wirelessly.

Pros:

The water park was amazing for kids the breakfast was good, the waitresses on breakfast was good

Cons:

The reception service was poor, the room needs better maintenance, no water (to drink) available in the hotel until 9:00!! Room was not clean, no minibar in the rooms.
Bathroom must be fixed!!

Pros:

Sehr grosser Wasserpark, nettes Personal, sehr sauber. Das Hotel liegt je nach Verkehrslage 12-20 Fahrminuten ausserhalb des Zentrums.

Cons:

Leider war am Abend kein a la carte Restaurant verfügbar.
