I wouldn't rush to stay again.
Pros:

The ambience and setting were wonderful as were the majority of staff.The gluten free bread and breakfast were also excellent.

Cons:

Unfortunately the main head in front of house was not very welcoming,was very dour and didn't smile when dealing with customers.The staff were also very overworked because it's rural and difficult to find staff but I do wonder if the presentation of the front of house staff is a factor sadly.

Pros:

Lack of heating on cold wet day. Requested heating to be turned on a couple of occasions but this was not facilitated

It was a great location with excellent food. But they could make it better value for money.

Location was great for walking and getting around.

Cons:

Lack of information for guests made things feel uncertain.
We had to ask for things like clean cups for the room.
Staff blocked guest cars in.
You had to order your breakfast the night before and there was no menu.

An otherwise pleasant stay ruined by too much noise coming through from another room.
Pros:

The pub is characterful and charming in a pretty village setting. The food was marvellous.

Cons:

Our room was below another in which the guests were up and down all night. I’m not criticising the hotel for the behaviour of other guests, The problem was that there’s no noise insulation.! Every footstep every toilet flush and even conversation was loud enough in our room to be a problem even at 3am. Also the room was relatively small and the bathroom very small.

The place to stay in Kettlewell!
Pros:

A nice pub in the centre of Kettlewell. All of the staff were excellent and the food very good indeed.

Cons:

Its not perfect but the staff more than make up for it.

Pros:

The Blue Bell was exactly where I needed it to be, and stepped in at the last minute when another reservation had failed. The staff were friendly and effective. I appreciated in particular the availability of parking.

Cons:

What? No honey or fresh fruit available at breakfast? Shock, horror!

Pros:

Gute englische Hausmannskost im Restaurant. Als Free House bietet die Kneipe eine großartige Bier-Auswahl an.
Unterkunft ist sauber und funktional, aber sehr beengt. Erinnert an eine Kabine. Gute Dusche. Das beste ist eigentlich die Lage in einem bezaubernden Dörfchen da, wo die Dales am schönsten sind.

Cons:

Parking could be difficult at times, but we were warned and excellent public car park very near hotel. (Public car park had electric charger)
Our EE Internet signal not working in Kettlewell.

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

Welcoming & super friendly. Addressed anything we needed to know. Staff worked so hard & the food was phenomenal. Impressive is the least I can say. Thank you so much for the pleasure of staying at the Blubell Inn xxxx

Recommend and would love to return
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming, lovely breakfast and evening meal. Clean and modern bathroom, tea coffee and biscuits in room , lovely toiletries in bathroom. Really lovely staff, cheerful welcoming and friendly across all staff
