Great location, a lot of shops and places to eat near by. Stayed here for the half marathon and location was perfect. Host met us promptly and was very accomodating. Would definatkey stay here again. Cheap long stay parking only a 5 min walk away.
Loud at night due to a nearby bar but we were warned and an ample amount of ear bids are provided if needed. For us though was not an issue.
If i was being picky id say it would be nice to have a TV in the room with having our Daughter staying with is too.

The property is extremely central. Right in the heart of town and by the castle. I particularly like that fact that it is a community owned hotel and like the ethos. I would definitely recommend and book again
It was no problem for us, but the central location does mean that noise from local bars is audible from the property. If someone is particularly noise sensitive then it might not be ideal, but ear plugs are provided which I thought was a very nice touch.
Comfy beds, fab location, great shared kitchen
Central
Very basic, was informed the room had a king sized bed but it was two single beds put together, shower/toilet room door handle hanging off, the seagulls start at about 5am and it sounds like they are on the window ledge, complementary coffee was filter and not instant but no way to filter jug.
The host - she greeted us speaking our first language which is Welsh .
Felt relaxed straightaway after a long drive . We loved Caernarfon and the friendly people.
The location was good and convenient, the kitchen space was useful, the parking options were good. Proximity to shops and main town was very good. The staff were nice and people around the area were very friendly. The room was clean.
There was no tv, the tower fan didn't work, there was no hairdryer in the room, the noise on both nights was really bad and caused disturbed sleep and stress. Not ideal for families on Friday and Saturday night. There was no sound insulation or double glazing, the music from local pubs and clubs was so loud and revellers were noisy till 1.30am on the 1st night and thudding music on the 2nd night till 12am. The room was warm and there is no a.c in the room, we had a small fan to keep us cool as the music was so loud we couldn't keep the windows open for fresh air. We asked for a replacement fan and they had no spares. Due to open windows we had wasps fly in each day.

very small room very basic and no wardrobe. no mirror in room. so you can not dry and do your hair. its pub next door, so loud music and people shouting all night

There were a few cosmetic issues with the room, chipped walls, random cables out of walls and unusual things stuck to the ceiling.
It was VERY noisy, if you're light sleeper and ear plugs don't work then avoid.
The council cleaning outside at 6am was the icing on the cake 😂🤦🏼♂️
