Overall the stay was very nice and I would stay at the hotel again if in the area

The breakfast was a bit slow, one person taking orders, one person bringing your breakfast, overall the staff were very accommodating and very friendly

Cons:

The price of the drinks, I though I was in Mayfair London, the selection of extras on the menu needs to be expanded not everyone like broccoli stems
No Air Con in the rooms
Food under the table in the Rookery Restaurant, it put us off. We had dinner in the main restaurant every night, The triple cooked chips were excellent, overall the food was very good but a bit pricey but never mind you are on holiday

Clean and stylish rooms, great location.

Cons:

The sauna/pool area was not up safely standards, sauna rail broken and should be closed until fixed. The sauna had one sign which apparently was ignored by everyone in the area and the rail was dangerously loose.

Comfortable, Clean beautiful location!

Cons:

Had lunch outside service was poor food wasn’t hot I had to request cutlery I had to ask for a straw 3 times! Bar staff were not familiar with spirits on offer, too much mixer in the glass better service and better knowledge of the various spirits, wines and cocktails wud sell much more!

Very warm and friendly welcome from receptionist on arrival, generally a welcoming vibe from all
staff we encountered. Swimming facilities are good. Breakfast is well managed and a good choice. Room service food is reasonably priced and tasty

Lovely stay with lovely weather, perfect for a weekend of relaxing!
