Iniziamo, non mi è piaciuto allogiare in un Hotel diverso da quello che non ho prenotato, ci hanno dirottato in una loro struttura (Hotel King). camera piccola in alcuni punti si passava di traverso, bagno pessimo, stretto, non potevamo muoverci senza sbattete da qualche parte, porte doccia si chiudevano a malapena, senza parlare del condizionatore, rumorosissimo. pasti nella norma, niente di rccezzionale.

Hotel Jole a Cesenatico davvero consigliatissimo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Abbiamo trovato un’accoglienza splendida, tanta disponibilità e una gentilezza davvero al top. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo è stata anche l’attenzione riservata alle esigenze del mio cane: ci siamo sentiti accolti e considerati in ogni momento.

Personale premuroso, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Un soggiorno molto piacevole, in cui ci siamo sentiti davvero a nostro agio.

Nonostante la pulizia della camera venisse effettuata ogni giorno, la pulizia non era accurata. Erano presenti diverse ragnatele, segno che alcune zone della camera non venivano pulite adeguatamente. Inoltre, pur essendo i letti e gli asciugamani puliti, l’odore all’interno della stanza risultava poco gradevole. Un altro aspetto negativo riguarda il frigorifero, che non raffreddava correttamente. Nel complesso, ci si aspetterebbe una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione degli ambienti.

We had a very pleasant stay at this cosy and charming hotel. It is located within walking distance of the beach and the town centre, while at the same time being in a quiet and peaceful area, on a beautiful street lined with plane trees.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We really appreciated the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere of the hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful in resolving an issue we had with our rental car, even though it was beyond their responsibilities. They went above and beyond to help us and made every effort to find a solution.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!
