Buen lugar para explorar la ciudad
Pros:

Está ubicado en un lugar inmejorable, al lado de la estación de Hamilius, pero sin el bullicio de los transportes. Las habitaciones tienen AC, algo que agradecimos enormemente en plena ola de calor. La cocina está bien equipada. Buena presión de agua. El personal es muy amable y atento.

Las camas son algo blandas, así como las almohadas.

Excellent location with few drawbacks
Pros:

- Excellent sound isolation
- Sturdy walls between rooms and between the main room and the bathroom
- Filtered water
- Mini Fridge was Pretty massive
- Individually controlled temperature in the rooms (via a thermostat)
- Daily cleaning and change of towels
- Staff was helpful but I couldn't call it super friendly. For me , who I like laconic conversations , this is a plus but I could see how some could view this as a bit rude.
- Laundry room is a nice extra. (+Its not free which was totally okay, but set your expectations right)

Cons:

- Not the most comfortable beds
- We didn't receive it at the cleanest state.
- Limited front desk/reception time.
- There is an vending machine -type of arrangement, but it only includes drinks. I would like for some snacks to be included

Loved this place, staff & facilities excellent.
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the edge of the upper town & just around the corner from buses & trams.
We had a late check-in & the young lady (sorry didn't get her name) was waiting for us as arranged & gave us great information about the hotel and actually showed us to our room where she explained all the facilities. The 'welcome pack' with tea & coffee pods etc was much appreciated until we could get to the supermarket (just across the road).
Same receptionist also looked into the best way to get to the Moselle Valley & gave us excellent directions. Way more helpful than our experience at the Info Centre.
Would highly recommend.

Cons:

We were visiting during a heatwave & found we couldn't turn the the air-con low enough & it was noisy (for me a light sleeper) on full fan mode. However opening the window instead was a better option for us & I'm sure it wouldn't be an issue under normal weather conditions.

Pros:

Perfect location to downtown restaurants and attractions. Very nice bed.

Cons:

One set of extra towels from the first day. TV selections limited for non-French/German/Luxembourgish speakers. At least one channel in English and maybe a larger screen... would be nice.

Great Lux City option.
Pros:

Great location, great staff.

Cons:

I would prefer, normally, a more open 24hrs reception. Although it is kind of available, if you forget or lose your key you would be in trouble. This said I will definitely stay again if i have a future trip.
