Pros:

All parts of the hotel were Impeccably clean and comfortable. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and always had a smile on their face

Great value for the price hotel!
Pros:

Location is super, next to all main attractions and tram. I missed the check-in time, however, the duty manager was kind enough to show up late to do the check-in process. The room is spacious with good city view. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were available. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Luxembourg with an unbeatable location ✨
Pros:

Everything was 10/10 ✨ The host who welcomed us was absolutely lovely and explained everything in detail, even giving us great recommendations for the city. The hotel has an amazing location, close to everything, and it was very easy to move around Luxembourg from there. The room was comfortable, clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, everything was excellent!!

Super ruime kamer compleet interdict.
Er is geen ontbijt beschikbaar in het hotel, maar in de directe nabijheid meer dan voldoende gelegenheid om te eten.

Cons:

Het was nogal warm op de kamer.

Excelent for city trip.
Pros:

Very good location. The room is comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend taking the stairs as well to see the other art prints. Impressive collection.

Pros:

Super Lage für einen Städtetrip. Zudem war das Studio mit allem ausgestattet, um auch mal was zu essen zuzubereiten. Empfang war sehr freundlich und alles war sauber.

Cons:

Meckern auf hohem Niveau: die Lüftung (sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer) war sehr laut. Sie wird zwar nachts zurückgedreht, allerdings ab morgens um 7 Uhr wieder hochgefahren.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux. Personnel réactif et efficace. Le studio était très propre et confortable (bonne literie). J'ai apprécié également la petite cuisine : j ai pu me faire des repas simples. La localisation était top : en plein centre, très proche des transports en commun et a quelques minutes a pied du centre historique. Studio au calme. Je précise que j étais au dernier étage (au 5ème étage)

Wonderful apartment - needs some fine tuning.
Pros:

The apartment was spectacular in appearance. Internet was fast.

Cons:

The shower could not generate hot water in the lower unit. It barely got warm and was not comfortable at all. The top unit got hot but was only a drizzle. I didn't look forward to the shower at all.

Every 24 hours the internet logged us off and in one case I was in the middle of a major download. They claim that this is how it is, but in 5 weeks in Benelux, no other hotel did this.

Pros:

Excellent location and very helpful and informative staff. The kitchen was well supplied and the room was a good size.

Cons:

The base of the bed needs to be weighted down, as it slipped away from the wall when you sat on the bed.

Excellent hotel, facilities and parking in the city centre
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and gave us a little tour of the hotel and room facilities on checking in. Car park via the lift to the basement was great and so easy to use. Really secure as I had all of my daughters possessions in the car coming back from her year abroad. It's really close to the heart of the city and the fridge and microwave as well as the Nespresso machine were nice touches. This was an excellent base and the staff made us feel very welcome. Well done everyone
