Lovely food. Great facilities. Great service.
Pros:

Breakfast was Excellent. Particularly liked you could request specific items from the kitchen. General meals were very good value for money. Service was excellent.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything as was very very good value for money.

The spa facilities were very good.

Cons:

When I booked a small double I assumed it was a small room. Rather it was a small bed, more like a 4ft 6inch bed or large single. Misleading descriptions.
The fact the re emotion took £25 holding fee. Then took days to pay it back.
Also the bar drinks are extortionately priced.

Great gym facilities - the place is enormous!
Pros:

Gym & Pool facilities are fantastic

Cons:

The room was very hot during exceptionally hot weather. The hotel provided a fan, but we had to sleep with the window open. The heat & the noise of the airport & nearby roads kept us from sleeping. No fault of the hotel, it was just one of those things.

Pros:

Clean room, was great to have a bath!

Cons:

Although the rooms are quiet, the fire doors banging shut all throughout the night with people coming and going really disrupted any chance of rest.
