Pros:

Чистый номер, с красивым видом. В номере было все необходимое: чайник, кофе, полотенца, зубной набор, шампунь и гель для душа.

На завтрак был выбор омлет или вьетнамские блюда (суп/рис), фрукты, булочки, чай кофе.

Велосипеды были бесплатными, и вполне неплохо качества.

Мы остановились на 2 ночи и захотели остаться еще на одну, но весь отель был забронирован(

Pros:

i was greeted by the Mr Thanh (owner) who helped me with my bags, checked me in seamlessly and then helped me again with my bags to my room. The hotel is new, impeccably clean, has an elevator, is perfectly located, easy to find, has a full size bath with more than enough hot water. The beds are so comfortable I kept oversleeping and ended staying for two extra days! Miss Van (owner) couldn't do enough to help. Both Thanh and Van and so friendly I felt like I have new friends now, oh and their son is so polite too. I will 100% be visiting the Lotus Hotel again in the future.

Cons:

Everything was great. There was nothing I didn't like.

Fantastic, welcoming, high quality and friendl
Pros:

This was our favourite hotel we have stayed at in Vietnam, for various reasons.
- the value for money is great
- the quality of the hotel and rooms is fantastic, modern, very clean and spacious, with still a beautiful style
- location is great, just a little from the Main Street so a little quieter but can walk or bike/grab
- pool is lovely and quite rare in Vietnam hotels without paying a lot
- free bikes
- lovely breakfast

The main thing however that made the experience so great was the family that run the hotel. Van and her husband were so kind, friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much.

Now special mention for the pets! For people who don’t like animals, don’t worry, they have their own areas. However if you do - read on !! They were a highlight for me. They have a lovey friendly dog who recently had puppies. Van was always happy to bring out the puppies for me to play with! They also have a pet duck, who is very sweet.

Cons:

Having to leave to continue on our travels!

Hôtel à choisir à Tam Coc
Pros:

L'emplacement propre et bien équipé. Il est proche de tous les lieux et activités qui sont accessibles très facilement à vélo ou à moto.
Loin du bruit et de l'agitation du centre de Tam coc, très bel environnement et vue depuis la chambre et du rooftop.
Le personnel et les gérants des lieux sont extraordinaires. Le petit chien "chocolate" était adorable.
Nous avons tout aimé. On recommande assurément cet hôtel si vous souhaitez un endroit calme mais proche de tout.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ruhiger, abseits des ganzen Trubels. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir auschecken mussten, dürfte ich aus gesundheitlichen Gründen länger im Zimmer bleiben und mich auskurieren. Wirklich nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Dogodna lokalizacja, cisza, ładne widoki (szkoda że nie było lotosów). Uprzejma obsługa. Wygodny pokój.

Cons:

Pokój do popołudnia nie został posprzątany, sami musieliśmy się upomnieć o wymianę ręczników, wodę, papier toaletowy. Ręczniki średnia jakość. Taras, który mieliśmy przy pokoju nie został dokładnie posprzątany, mało zagospodarowany. Taras na samej górze, ogólnodostępny z ładnym widokiem ale brudny z pustymi butelkami i niedopałkami papierosów
Stoliki brudne, szkoda. Sejf w pokoju nie działa nawet po komunikacji z właścicielem na whatsapp. Rowery dostępne, fatalnej jakości.

Une terrasse qui permettait de prendre l'air
La serviabilité des hôtes, il à réservé pour nous un retour sur l'aéroport d Hanoï et la location d'un scooter pendant 3 jours

Cons:

Malheureusement le bruit dans le couloir qui résonne parce que les gens sont égoïstes et oublient qu'ils ne sont pas seul mais cela à été quand même très raisonnable
