Cons:

No Blackout curtains or rolladen. Summer, so no way to block out sun. With no a/c it was very hot. Only 1 fan. Night sleeping was very uncomfortable.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement, dont une journée complète sur place. Nous avons trouvé le logement assez cher au regard des prestations proposées. La chambre était très petite et l’absence de volets, associée à des rideaux peu occultants, laissait passer la lumière et nuisait au confort.

Dans un souci de bien faire, un diffuseur de parfum était installé dans la salle de bain, mais son odeur était beaucoup trop forte.

Concernant le stationnement, l’hôtel ne dispose pas de son propre parking : il s’agit d’un parking municipal payant, dont le règlement se fait via l’application EasyPark.

Nous avons également rencontré un problème d’organisation au moment du départ. Nous avions réglé l’intégralité du séjour dès notre arrivée, mais le personnel nous a indiqué, au moment de partir, que nous devions payer à nouveau. Après lui avoir expliqué que le règlement avait déjà été effectué, une vérification sur une feuille a finalement permis de confirmer notre paiement. Cette situation témoigne d’une organisation assez bancale et nous a laissées perplexes.

Enfin, nous avons eu le sentiment que les tarifs étaient élevés en raison de la proximité d’une ville voisine très touristique, ce qui nous a semblé peu justifié au regard du confort et des prestations proposés.

Ausstattung 2 Sterne Niveau.( ohne TV!)
Die Gegend ist von Touristen(Hallstatt) total überlaufen. Da wird mit Apartment" geworben und abgezockt!!
Parkplatzgebühren 18€ Tagespauschale bei 1 Übernachtung mit 15Std Aufenthalt , kassiert die Gemeinde!

Unfortunately, our stay at Apartment Hotel Seerose in Obertraun was extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards were poor, there were unpleasant and strange smells throughout the apartment, and the beds were in terrible condition, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of communication and assistance from the hosts. Despite contacting them multiple times, they never showed up or provided any meaningful help.

Overall, the accommodation did not meet even basic expectations regarding cleanliness, comfort, and guest service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
