Fair stay
Pros:

Location is very good, close to the airport and close to shopping and eveything. Staff are friendly.

Cons:

The construction noise behind the hotel, could not sleep in well; parking is a bit uneasy.

Staff are very nice and clean surrounding
Pros:

Location was good close to SM Premier a short walking distance and restaurants nearby..The only thing is the parking to small but,We always get a spot.

Cons:

No electric outlet by the Tv, can't plug the kettle the clothes hanger is above where your coffee tray located.

Room wasn't on the standard dust and all beddings have stained on it ..noise from the construction next door until 10pm at night AC filter was really dusty .been let go on maintaining the property .price is to high for what's the property can offer .

It was clean and staff are really nice

Cons:

The PWD suite was not a real PDW suite the bathroom was small I barely fitted and the entrance had a step so it’s really not a wheelchair accessible suites as advertised on booking.com

The room itself it's old, the bed is not that comfortable, noisy environment we didn't get the chance to sleep well from the noise outside til midnight then the noise of construction/renovation on 3rd floor and loud talking staff at 7am.

Avoid this hotel.
Pros:

We always stay here , its safe , clean and great location.

Cons:

After booking the room, my wife and daughter turned early evening. There were issues with water supply to the rooms and NO WI-FI. My wife and daughter can't stay in a hotel at those prices with blood water or WiFi supply. The reception staff refused to find them a room in a nearby hotel. My wife and daughter were left walking in the dark trying to find a room that night. I think this is unacceptable and we won't be booking anymore rooms at the lanang suite again.

Convenient accomodation
Pros:

Cons:

Front driveway needs to be fixed a bit but a new condominium is being constructed nearby so not their fault

It will be my first and last.
Pros:

The location is attracted me most on the property.

Cons:

The room is no better than a drive-in motel. It has no closet at least. Lack of accessible power sockets. Not squeaky clean. The fixtures looked like it was built by a learning carpenter.
