Great location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Right on the ocean. Small walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. Close to Thursday morning Farmers Markets and the Thursday night Sunset Market.

Cons:

The shower was very small as the rest of the bathroom. An extra shelf in there would have been great. We have hanging toiletry bags that worked well. Don’t a complaint, just an observation.

Pros:

The cottage was clean, decorated nicely, and perfect for two people. The view of the beach was beautiful and to hear the sound of the beach when you wake up in the morning was calming and relaxing. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent beach getaway within 30 miles of downtown San Diego.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The beach is across the street and the deck was fantastic. It rained one day and I was still able to watch the waves from the deck, peacefully soaking up the ocean breezes.

The location next to the ocean

Cons:

I had lots of good expectations for this vacation rental but this place disappointed me. I don’t think it should be listed on booking as it sounds like an Air and B which I was not expecting.
The place got 5 stars which encouraged me to book it, the location is good, and its infront of the occuan but the cleaningess is 0 this place does not have hygen desppit I told them during my first day they didn’t belive me and stated that they have professional cleaning which i think is not within my standards. Also when my taxi drop me there the driver did not know where is the location and I tried calling them no response- yes my phone number is private but I left a voicemail i felt like I was scammed- then someone at street help me in finding this place. There is no security or human to speak to, and the place is scary for solo travellers females.
There is one time I stayed at night and tried to call them no response over call.
Its only chatting over booking.

I wont come back here, I am not an American and I just visited California for holidays.

This was the perfect location in every aspect spending the weekend on the Pacific Coast.
Pros:

Location, very clean, great staff with prompt responses . Trevor the property manager definitely goes over and beyond to keep this property nice.

Cons:

Nothing. I loved everything. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday for the weekend. Being right on the beach was perfect 😊

A wonderful taste of living on the beach.
Pros:

The location was spectacular and we especially enjoyed the wonderful deck overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

The stairs were a little challenging but given the location it was worth the effort.

Loved having close walking access to the beach.
Pros:

Trevor the property manager at the Marbella was great! He responded to our need swiftly and was accommodating.
We were thankful for the beach chairs, and towels provided, and outdoor shower to rinse off.
