Petit hotel sympatique et familal au milieu de la nature
Pros:

Petit hotel sympatique et familal au milieu de la nature avec une vue imprenable sur les champs. Le repas ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient à la fois bon et copieux.

Pros:

Friendly staff, amazing view of the field from the room, calming sound of the waterfall, and superb full English breakfast. Lovely family run hotel, and we would love to stay next time we come to Aberystwyth!

Good food, nice location, good price and secure under cover parking for a motorcycle. 10/10.
Pros:

My partner and I were on a motorcycle touring trip riding around mid Wales. We chose this hotel based on its good location for Ellen Valley, price and parking facilities. The service they offered was exceptional. We arrived expecting to park our motorcycles in the car park. They offered us secure parking for both our bikes in the barn at the back of the hotel for us and another guest who was also on a motorcycle. Hotels that can offer this facility are very few and far between. As a family run hotel competing in a very competitive industry this service should be promoted. Far more motorcyclists would choose this hotel if they knew this was an option available to them.

Off to a Graduation in Aberystwyth.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find and plenty of parking next to the hotel. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast were home cooked and fresh. Our room was comfortable and had a stunning view out over the rear of the property of the valley and fields.

Cons:

I liked everything, so no negatives. There is a well signed 200 foot drop at the back of the beer garden so children need watching. Maybe a hair dryer in the room would have been nice but I'm sure one would have been available if requested. Our hosts and staff are wonderful.

Lovely location, pleasant stay, hope to return
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with very friendly and helpful staff. Although on the A44, the rooms were very quite and the views from the hotel were fabulous. The rooms were not the biggest but they were clean and fresh. There was a modest breakfast menu, and the food was delicious.

Cons:

Forgot to mention when I left that the bedside lamps needed new bulbs, but aside from that, no complaints and a good nights sleep was had by all.

A handy one night stop over after visiting the fabulous Devils Bridge and falls.
Pros:

Very nice views from the garden and dining room. Really lovely staff, doing there best in difficult circumstances during the heatwave.

Cons:

The room was a bit too snug, glad we didn’t take much luggage up to the room. All a bit tired, but the staff were great.

Did the job?, but could be better with a little investment.
Pros:

The location a the staff were great.

Cons:

It is need of updating, a relatively small amount of investment would make a big difference.

Cons:

Nothing.
