Location and staff
Bedrooms need updating
it is a nice location as we have stayed a couple of times before. we enjoyed the entertianment on both nights and we found the staff to be very helpful.
The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the shower in our bathroom. Not enough power, very slow.
Location, clean, parking
Wifi very poor, male bar staff unfriendly and demonstrated poor customer service
Staff very helpful.
Once we got our breakfast we enjoyed it rooms were nice quite a nice hotel
We were given a number for our table for our meal on three occasions went into the dining room to be told we had to move one breakfast waited 40 minutes for breakfast when asked we were told it wasn't her section but would take our order she was to serve the drivers
Amazing
I loved everything, nothing bad to say and it was going back in time for me as worked there many years ago so always holds a special place for me.

Everything
spacious room with a beautiful sea view
The staff are superb and looked after us so well accommodating our particular mobility needs
The room was a bit hot and the bathroom a bit small but we managed in future we will ask for an accessible room.
The location was lovely.
The breakfast was almost inedible. Had obviously been dished up and left under a hot lamp for ages. The sausage looked like it had had a bite out of it. We paid £150 for a sea view. We got a side view of the sea not what we expected for that price. This should have been made clear when booking. The staff were ok. Not very flexible with breakfast times etc. we were told to come down before 8 to be given a table number. Everyone then just had to go into breakfast at 8. It was a little like a cattle market.
