Guest Reviews
First of all the rooms themselves were wonderful and extremely clean, also the shared areas were stunning. But most importantly the staff were absolutely incredible, it is run by the most friendly, warm, kind staff that are so willing to help in any situation. Additionally the hotel provides a very affordable breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet all with delicious traditional Sri Lankan dishes. I should also mention that they have event spaces and conference rooms, one of which we used for a work event, and the staff went above and beyond to tend to the needs of everyone and cafe the event so well. Seriously, if you’re looking for a clean hotel with just a wonderful staff and dining experience this is the hotel in Ratnapura.
