hôtel agréable et très bons repas faits maison

hôtel et personnel agréables . l'hôtel se trouve sur notre route de randonnée du sentier des abbayes trappistes. chambre confortable très belle salle de bain. Très bon repas du soir et petit déjeuner très complet et excellent

Over deze kamer kunnen we geen goed woord vertellen. Er zijn twee minimumvereisten voor een hotelkamer die hier volledig ontbreken: geluidsisolatie en acceptabel slaapcomfort. Op beide punten heeft kamer 5 massaal gefaald.

Geluidsoverlast: We hoorden gesprekken en televisiegeluid van minimaal drie aangrenzende kamers. Het was niet mogelijk om te slapen zonder gehinderd te worden door de buren. Dit is fundamenteel onaanvaardbaar voor een slaapkamer.

Slaapcomfort: De matras is zo slecht dat goede nachtrust uitgesloten is. Een bed van 140cm is absoluut onvoldoende voor twee volwassenen, dit is simpelweg onaanvaardbaar. De kussens bieden evenmin enige steun en zijn waardeloos.

Hygiëne: Het dekbed zat niet in een beschermend hoeslaken (volkomen onhygiënisch).
Stofnetten in de hoeken van de kamer.
Vuile vingersporen op de lichtschakelaars.
Schimmelvorming in de badkamer.

Algemene staat: De kamer is een donker hol waar amper zonlicht binnenkomt. De muren zijn zeer slecht afgewerkt, inclusief losse verfstukjes die eraf zijn gevallen en nooit bijgewerkt. De poefjes naast het bed zijn versleten en kapot.

Conclusie: 100 euro voor deze kamer is veel te veel voor wat het was. Ons verblijf bestond uit wakker worden, snel klaarmaken en zo snel mogelijk wegwezen uit deze kamer. Wij raden deze accommodatie ten strengste af.

Pros:

Garage for our Motorcycles. Location and helpfull staff.

Sans hésiter, j'y retournerai.

En plus de l'accueil j'aimé l'amabilité, la disponibilité et la serviabilité du personnel (et gérance).
La localisation est bien calme.
Les équipements de la chambre sont très bien (sèche-cheveux, TV, mini-bar fonctionnel).
Les linges et essuies sont impeccables.
Au restaurant les plats sont délicieux et les vins à prix abordables.
En face de l'établissement le parking est gratuit.

Cons:

L'oreiller était trop mou mais j'emmène toujours le mien lorsque que je peux (voiture).

La chambre familiale pour 4 personnes était très propre et confortable. La salle de douche était très bien également. Par contre, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le petit déjeuner.
