Pros:

Nice and tidy hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Good and tasty breakfast. Very good value for money.

When we arrived our room was not ready even thought check in time had started much earlier.

Nice hotel food was lovely ans nice staff at both breakfast and dinner..was lovely and peacful there. Room was clean and confortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Only complaint id have is liggt fixing in the room waa broken and only barley hanging from ceiling.

Location is good if visiting Roscommon town and the breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was very outdated, and poor Tommy had to do all the work himself at breakfast time. Great lad but needs help as a very tough job to do on your own.

Overall was good value, a bit more effort required on the breakfast and would stay there again!!
Pros:

Staff helpful and pleasant, good location, room quite large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We were B & B.
Breakfast was OK, but little choice of cereal, although lots of choice for cooked breakfast.
Bacon was over cooked first day, second day we arrived for breakfast 45 minutes before it closed but there was no fresh fruit left at all.
