Definitely recommend staying here!
Pros:

I had a good stay at Hotel Via Baltica! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The breakfast was really good. I’ll even attach a photo because it really deserves to be seen!

I also really appreciated how understanding and kind the staff were when I needed to stay in my room a couple of extra hours because of my flight. They kindly allowed me to check out later, which was such a thoughtful and human gesture.

Definitely recommend staying here!

Cons:

В 19:00 негде поужинать, в это время ресторан уже не работал. Рядом нет приличного кафе. Мужчины курили прямо у дверей входа и зарах шёл в помещение.

Väga mugav asukoht teel olles lõuna poole. Hubane sisustus. Lisaväärtuseks suur möbleeritud ja pehme vaibaga fuajee, mis andis toale palju ruumi juurde, et võimelda või kui kaaslane pidi arvutiga hommikul tööd tegema.

Cons:

Kahjuks ei pakutud hommikusööki, kuigi broneerimisel oli see meile oluline, kuna olime teel ja iga minut arvel. Öömaja oli broneeritud koos söögiga, kuid sellest ei teavitatud, et restoran ei tööta sel hommikul.

Niūrus viešbutis, kilimai koridoriuje tamūs ir nešvarūs.Restoranas nedirbo, atrodė, kad visame pastate esame vieni, nors bookinant rašė, jog only 2 rooms left.

Hotel niekomfortowy, śniadanie niesmaczne, brak wentylacji z kuchni, słaba obsługa, nie polecam.
Pros:

Śniadanie niesmaczne, bez bufetu, mały wybór. restauracja była czynna do 17, a jak była czynna to smród przenikał wszystko, fatalna wentylacja, Mimo wyboru hotelu przy trasie z założeniem odpoczynku, trzeba było jechać coś zjeść. Pół godziny zajęło personelowi znalezienie pozostawionej rzeczy, gdyby nie moja wytrwałość, nie odzyskałabym jej, bo pani 4 razy przychodziła i mówiła, że nie ma. Rezerwację powrotną odwołałam. Nie polecam. Znacznie przyjemniej wjechać do centrum Kowna i tam nocować, korki w ciągu dnia nie są duże a wieczorem ich nie ma.

Cons:

Przede wszystkim śniadanie, potem wentylację i obsługę, w recepcji królował dzwonek, recepcjonistka przychodziła po dłuższej chwili. Po wyziewach z restauracji sądzę, że zmiana kucharza byłyby dobrym rozwiązaniem.
