Bien, mais la chambre sans toilettes ni douche n'est pas terrible, nous n'avions pas vu ça.
Pros:

Personnel super sympa, bien au calme, belle terrasse.

Cons:

Attention, nous n'avions pas remarqué... les toilettes et douches à l'étage, même si partagé uniquement avec une autre chambre... franchement pas terrible pour se sentir "chez soi".

zimmer schlecht auch für Buget zu teuer eine zumutung die treppen in den3. stock für ältere gäste ein no go wir bekahmen keinen hausschlüssel konnten nicht mehr ins hotel nach 24.00 uhr dank einem netten gästepaar die uns die türen auf schlossen konnten wir in unserem bezahlten zimmer schlafen sonst hätten wir im auto schafen müssen .75.+65. jahre alt zimmer preis 199.00

I prefer to stay close to the garbage in the street rather than to stay in this hotel anymore.
Cons:

1) Photos of rooms in the advertisements belong to VIP rooms which are very different with normal rooms. I booked a Quadruple room and I expected the same rooms in ads. But reality was absolute horrible and disgusting!!! It was totally less than 6 meters with 2 double room!! A very dirty and old plastic carpet, covered the main carpet. It was for coverage of crushed and worn carpet!!! Very disastrous!!!

2) The Staffs are needed to be trained to deal with tourist!! Their treatment was very impolite and out of minimum standard. At arrival, there was nobody in the reception and I tried to find out a lady as guest receptionist who were in servicing to customers in restaurant. She waited me for at least 15 minutes and then gave me the key bitterly.

3) We went to the breakfast in the morning. The cheese ran out and I asked a lady with dirty clothes (as relevant person) to charge cheese, she did not understand well English and turned back to me to go to kitchen, then started to mock me as “Cheese, Cheese, Cheese”. She brough only 4 small slices of cheese in the plate and through it on the table. How was disgusting and impolite behavior!!

4) In the room, I slept on the upper bed which was close to the roof (with around 40 Centimeters distance). It was exactly under the toilet siphon on the upper floor room. During the night, I was waked up in any times of toilet using by guests in upper floor. Very awfully!!!

I prefer to stay close to the garbage in the street rather than to stay in this hotel anymore.

Le confort de la chambre, la localisation, la décoration traditionnelle de l'hôtel qui donne beaucoup de charme

Cons:

Il manque un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. Il manque des fruits frais de saison au petit déjeuner. Intimité au niveau des balcons : un jeune voisin de chambre a discute très tard le soir (1h du matin..) sur la terrasse mitoyenne du logement. J'ai dû me lever au bout d'un moment pour lui signifier le dérangement.. C'est dommage !

Gite de caractère mais tout est fonctionnel, le lieu est calme. Le gérant propose des réductions pour quelques activités et la gratuité du transport en commun qui est appréciable pour Luterbrunnen. Petit déjeuné simple et correct. Nous avons passé un bon sejour

Een echt Zwitsers, eenvoudig en gezellig hotel met een prachtig onbetaalbaar uitzicht!!
Pros:

Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar werd goed en op tijd aangevuld als er wat op was.
Zeer vriendelijke bediening.
Was de tweede keer dat wij gekozen hebben voor dit hotel, we waren dus al eerder erg tevreden.

Cons:

Douchen in bad met een douchegordijn was wat aanpassen. Vorige keer hadden we een douchecabine dat beviel beter.

Pros:

View from my window was surreal and awesome❤️. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating. Warm and welcoming. Yes it is old, but it’s vintage❤️. I will go back and stay with them again.

Pros:

De gezelligheid en de nabijheid van enkele werknemers.

Cons:

Het schoonmaken van de slaapkamer. Daarnaast voor de toekomst zou het handig zijn als ze de hitte beter kunnen bestrijden en eventueel een hor plaatsen tegen de insecten.
