Incredible staff with amazing stay
Pros:

We had a great stay! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bathroom was super big. The pool itself was amazing and a good place to relax after temple visit. We love to go back!

Pros:

Персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. Нам не понравился номер на 1ом этаже. Попросили поселить на второй, но там были номера только с одной большой кроватью. Нам с подругой нужен был номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. В итоге номер на 2ом этаже установили еще одну кровать!
Большое спасибо за такое внимание к потребностям гостей!

The hotel is great if you want to relax for 1 week. It feels like a resort.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptional. Fantastic large rooms, almost like an apartment. Great size balcony. Beautiful shower and enormous bathtub. All staff excellent training. Always smiling. We had one waiter who was young but really fantastic. The hotel also has a great restaurant. You want to keep eating there every day, but it is difficult because you also want to explore the city.

Cons:

The location is a little too far for walking easily to downtown, but a taxi or Tuk Tuk is just 5 minutes.

A pleasant 10 day stay at Bopha Watbo Residence
Pros:

Location, the pool, excellent staff, rooms clean and tidy. Relaxed ambience. Good value. Far enough from the centre of Siem Reap to be away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 min tuk tuk if you want to go there

Cons:

A few problems when we first arrived, Cabana room was a little tired and smelt damp/ musty. The hotel WiFi for the room was also non-existent. Mentioned to reception and we were moved to another room the following day which which was fine.
There is building work going on next door which didn't bother us but may be a bit too loud for some.
Breakfast choices were limited but well cooked

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. It was a very relaxing stay, and if I ever return to Siem Reap (hopefully!), I’ll definitely choose Bopha Watbo again!
