Pros:

Located 100m to Coolangatta beach and close to shops and restaurants, the hotel was modern and convenient. Room was quite spacious with view of the ocean. Bathroom has walk-in shower and large vanity. Great pool and gym facilities with tennis court and sauna available. Great buffet breakfast with professional staff.

Located on major round-about there is some traffic noise at night

We .had a pleasant stay but the cost was high
Pros:

We were fortunate to be given a room with a view of the beach which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was very comprehensive with options to suit all tastes.

Cons:

The bistro/restaurant food options in the complex were basic pub food and not that great.

Comfortable bed, quiet room, lovely view, welcoming staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was amazing, lovely full buffet and pancakes and omelettes to order, only comment would be there wasn’t a very good selection of fruit. But a super minor thing.

A pleasant-enough stay spoiled by confusion between Sebel and Booking.com booking systems.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was great

Cons:

Persistent confusion between Sebel and me whether the booking was already confirmed or not by Booking.com and whether I needed to pay beforehand, or at the premises on arrival, or on departure. Most unpleasant experience. I've never had this confusion before in my many Booking.com experiences. Also, frequent and confusing emails from Sebel prior to arrival about the above confirmation and payment issue.
