Gute Lage, um Gjirokaster, Vjosa-Rafting und einen Ausflug an die Küste zu verbinden. Hochwertige Ausstattung des Zimmers, toller Ausblick auf Fluss und Berge

Cons:

Junior Suite lohnt sich nicht: man hat einfach ein drittes Bett im Zimmer. Frühstück nicht auf internationale Gäste ausgerichtet trotz entsprechender Preise. Das Gym ist auf einem Außenbereich und bei Regen abgesperrt. Alles in allem kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im nationalen Vergleich.

Overall a delightful relaxing stay in luxe surroundings.
Pros:

This was the most luxe property we stayed at in Albania. The corner penthouse was generous and the views were stunning. Enjoyed the constant sound of waterfalls. The bathroom was sublime with its wall of glass. Buffet breakfast options were plentiful. Both dinners were mixed: the thin cut of beef steak was overcooked and the veal ravioli was drowning in a creamy sauce that overwhelmed it. The Greek salad and kataifi were delicious both nights.

Το πρώτο βράδυ κρυώναμε και δεν μας έδωσαν παπλωμα.
Το air condition ήταν στο κρύο και παγώσαμε η κοπέλα στην ρεσεψιόν είπε δεν μπορεί να το βάλει στο ζεστό ενώ την άλλη μέρα το πρωί ο ρεσεψιονίστ να εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως.

Pessoal: com pouca formação no atendimento
Exterior: a localização do hotel na natureza deveria estar mais cuidada, o caminho para o "rio" é inexistente;

Very pleasant experience, accommodation, wonderful food and waiter service in the restaurant to be appreciated.

Cons:

We called the receptionist to make a reservation but she told us a higher price than what was shown on booking (150€) without taking into account the discounts that are made with the “genius” version from booking itself. And we made the reservation with booking
